<div>The Senior Manager Global Total Rewards is responsible for the development, innovation and administration of comprehensive total rewards solutions that are aligned with NSF&rsquo;s culture and ongoing business priorities. This includes the strategy &amp; design of a total rewards philosophy that assists with building a sustainable competitive advantage through maximizing employee engagement, performance and retention. Focusing on the organization&rsquo;s long- and short-term needs, this role is a key strategic and operational business partner who provides expert counsel and translates business strategy into meaningful total rewards strategies</div>
 <div><ul><li>Responsibilities: Responsible for the development, design, communication, compliance and management of all global compensation and benefit programs
</li><li>Serves as a true strategic partner who will provide support, guidance, and advice on all total rewards projects, as well as strategic decision making on new initiatives
</li><li>Ensures that the company&rsquo;s programs provide appropriate motivation, incentives and rewards to attract and retain diverse top talent
</li><li>Focuses on constant innovation to ensure that benefit and compensation programs remain competitive, sustainable, scalable, and positively impact the short- and long-term performance of the organization
</li><li>Understands industry best practices and leads effective, competitive, and fair/equitable total rewards programs ensuring market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
</li><li>Ensures programs and offerings are compliant with applicable laws and regulations globally
</li><li>Manages and maintains full ownership of annual processes such as benefits open enrollment, annual incentive program, job evaluations and global market surveys
</li><li>Accurately interprets, counsels, communicates, and educates all employees on total rewards philosophy, policy, and practice, ensuring all compensation and benefit programs are administered fairly and consistently
</li><li>Ensures effective communication with all levels of employees
</li><li>Streamlines existing and develops new compensation and benefit offerings and processes.
</li><li>Develops tools/processes to monitor, measure, and analyze compensation and benefit/perk program offerings, and stay aware of emerging trends in these areas
</li><li>Sources and works with technology partners and providers to streamline and automate processes
</li><li>Performs ad-hoc analyses and manages special projects as needed
</li><li>Leads and develops team ensuring growth opportunities and career pathing

 <div><ul><li>Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related industry
<ul><li>Minimum of five (5) years managing global compensation and benefit programs
</li><li>Deep expertise in compensation and benefits strategy
</li><li>Experience benchmarking, designing, and administering compensation plans including incentive design, job architecture, and executive pay
</li><li>Experience benchmarking, designing, and administering health and welfare plans, retirement plans, and wellbeing programs
</li><li>Thorough knowledge of applicable Human Resource laws and regulatory compliance in Compensation &amp; Benefits (i.e., ACA, ERISA, FMLA, FLSA, OHSA, Pay Transparency, etc.)
</li><li>Experience supporting a global organization
</li><li>A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and proven ability to handle confidential information
</li><li>Must be fluent in English
