Due to some recent growth, we are looking to add an experienced Financial Analyst to our Accounting/Finance Team. You will report directly to the VP of Finance and be based out of our corporate office in Duluth GA.</p><p>
**We work in a hybrid capacity; typically, two days in the office/three days remote**</p><p>
Salary is $95-105K.</p><p><b>
What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Variance reporting in multiple lines of business.</li><li>
Budgeting and Forecasting</li><li>
Creating &amp; maintaining Sales &amp; Operations KPI Dashboards</li><li>
Margin analysis reporting &amp; identification of key drivers</li><li>
Process improvement recommendations</li><li>
Analyze industry trends &amp; sales performance.</li><li>
Prepare &amp; deliver presentations to management team.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul></div><p><b>
 </b><b>Who You Are:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Finance or Accounting</li><li>
3 &ndash; 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst</li><li>
High level Excel Skills</li><li>
Experience with Budgeting</li><li>
Experience with Power BI a plus</li><li>
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.</li></ul></div><p></p><p><i><br>

Financial Analyst

We are looking to add an AP Specialist to Nth Degree&rsquo;s corporate accounting team. The Accounts Payable Specialist ensures efficient maintenance and processing of accounts payable and treasury transactions. This role handles relationships internally and externally to effectively manage our vendors and partners.</p><p>
You will report directly to the Director of Treasury and be based out of Nth Degree&rsquo;s corporate office in Duluth GA. We do function in a hybrid capacity; typically, two days in the office/three days remote.</p><p>
Salary is $55-60K.</p><p><br>
 <b>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Manage data collection and documentation through D365 AP/imaging system, which automatically reads (OCR) data, then enters invoices and routes them through approval process; AP team is responsible for some data entry but mostly transaction review and interfacing with Operations &amp; Sales for coding</li><li>
Ensure rent and utility payments are made in a timely manner</li><li>
Coordinate month-end closing related to AP and ensure timely and accurate completion</li><li>
Audit expense reports through our electronic expense system</li><li>
Verify banking information and onboard new vendors</li><li>
Coordinate and manage vendor accounts; includes check and payment set-up, troubleshooting, and profile maintenance</li><li>
Ensure departmental compliance with approval processes and internal controls via automated electronic approval system in D365</li><li>
Facilitate communication and problem resolution with employees, vendors, and external customers</li><li>
Understanding of fixed assets, accruals, and prepaid balance sheet accounts</li><li>
Other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><p><b>
Who You Are:</b></p><ul><li>
3+ years&rsquo; progressive full cycle accounts payable experience</li><li>
Strong overall computer skills; working knowledge of Microsoft D365 Enterprise accounting system (formerly Microsoft AX); proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel</li><li>
Ability to produce quality work while meeting deadlines</li><li>
Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills</li><li>
Superior organization skills and attention to detail</li></ul><p></p><p><i><br>
