Job Title: Students &amp; Schools Registration Coordinator Location: Peshawar, Pakistan Organization: Pakistan Skill Incubation Program (PSIP)About PSIP: Pakistan Skill Incubation Program (PSIP) is a national initiative dedicated to empowering youth across Pakistan through free skill-based training, professional development, and internship/job placement opportunities. PSIP collaborates with schools, students, and organizations to ensure seamless registration, participation, and access to its programs.Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Students &amp; Schools Registration Coordinator to manage and coordinate the registration process for students and schools participating in PSIP programs, exams, and competitions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience in educational program coordination.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and oversee registration of students and schools for PSIP programs, Olympiads, and training courses.</li><li>Maintain accurate records and databases of registered students and schools.</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for schools and students regarding registration queries.</li><li>Coordinate with schools, teachers, and program teams to ensure smooth registration and documentation processes.</li><li>Assist in preparing reports, registration statistics, and updates for management.</li><li>Support communication campaigns to encourage schools and students to register for PSIP initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with PSIP registration policies and procedures.</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of experience in student registration, school coordination, or educational program management.</li><li>Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online registration tools.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple registrations simultaneously.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or youth programs.</li><li>Familiarity with online registration platforms and student management systems.</li></ul>PSIP is an equal opportunity organization and encourages applications from all qualified candidates.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
