 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support People &amp; Culture initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extract, clean, and consolidate data from multiple systems (e.g., HRIS, S/Sheets, payroll, engagement platforms).
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyse trends and provide insights on key people metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and work closely with P&amp;C and other business areas to ensure data accuracy.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate complex findings in a clear and actionable manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support ongoing improvements in data processes, systems, and reporting capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to building a strong data-driven culture within the People &amp; Culture function.
 </li>
 <li>
 May act as project lead on local projects to work on HR system-related process improvements via project plans and schedules, including documentation of scope and requirements, and reporting of project status.

 Key Requirements:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst role, ideally within an HR, People Analytics, or People Experience environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced Power BI skills &ndash; including DAX, data modelling, and report/dashboard development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to work with large and complex datasets from various systems and sources.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a passion for turning data into insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, or global organisations is highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data in a user-friendly and impactful way.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter with the ability to work independently as part of a remote / offshore team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management skills

 Prior experience of HR role supporting UK
 </li>

 We are currently seeking a Business Analyst - Data to join our team in Bangalore, Karn&amacr;taka (IN-KA), India (IN).
 
 
 "Job Duties: The Data Business Analysts will manage, facilitate and execute the requirements management processes that are put in place for the ODIE programme.
 
 
 The Data Business Analysts will also provide input to the design and maintenance of these requirements management processes.
 
 
 Minimum Skills Required:

 Understand the BA organisation, identify the relevant parties and stakeholders for DPF processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Form working relationships with relevant stakeholders to facilitate communication and understanding
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively seek out business needs and expectations from across ODIE and relevant and suitable parts of the wider BA organisation, digest and translate these into suitable objects (e.g. requirements, epics, user stories, outcomes)
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and communicate the processes of the requirements lifecycle and prioritisation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that requirements (and related concepts) are sufficient to allow high quality design, engineering and testing to meet the agreed expectations and needs of the business
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure that requirements (and related concepts) are recorded, tracked, measured, audited and managed across the programme.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Has worked with a range of data platforms and solutions

 Has been involved in understanding, developing and communicating technical requirements for data solutions

 Experience working within a complex and/or high pressure environment with technical and business stakeholders

Business Analyst - Data

 Identify, monitor, and track variances to ensure resolution.

 Maintain supporting details for all reconciliations daily.

 Prepares bank and account reconciliation.
 </li>

 Provides details and supporting entries for general ledger maintenance.

 3 years accounting experience in banking environment, accounts receivable position
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English
 </li>
 <li>
 Strength in Microsoft Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in all Microsoft Suite Applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to pursue continuous learning and self-development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated ability to work within time constraints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of PCs and strong keyboarding skills
 </li>
