Basic Job Functions:</b></h2></div><div><p>
The Contract Administrator responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p><div><ul><li><br>
Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with customers, vendors, etc.</li></ul></div><ul><li>Ensure all contractual agreements comply with internal policies and legal requirements</li><li>Monitor contract performance and enforce compliance with contractual terms</li><li>Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies in the contract process</li><li>Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements</li><li>Working knowledge of lien and bond rights (in multiple states)</li><li>Working knowledge of contract cycle management and contract language, such as limitation of liability, indemnification and warranty</li><li>Working knowledge of commercial construction insurance</li><li>Working knowledge of construction industry and general practices</li><li>Coordinating contractual reviews with internal and external counsel as needed</li><li>Collaborate with leadership team to focus on continuous improvement and support all business goals</li><li>Lead a contracts team focusing on process improvement and coaching and development</li><li>Assist with other contractual matters as they arise</li></ul><p></p><p><br>

Minimum Qualifications:</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Law, Construction Management or related field</li><li>5 years experience in contract administration or legal operations</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>1+ years experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe or similar PDF program</li><li>1+ years experience with a CLM or similar software</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p><p><b><i><br>
