Basic Job Functions:</b></h2></div><div><p>
The Financial Analyst focuses on supporting the division&rsquo;s finance functions. This role emphasizes financial analysis, reporting, and month-end accounting, along with cross-functional collaboration and providing data-driven financial insights.</p><p></p><p><br>
Key Responsibilities Include:</p><ul><li>
Analyze and present financial data to division leadership team.</li><li>
Supporting accurate month-end close and general ledger reconciliation.</li><li>
Identifying trends, variances, and areas for improvement.</li><li>
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting processes.</li><li>
Provide cost analysis and divisional comparisons.</li><li>
Working with other departments to gather/analyze division financial data.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>

Minimum Qualifications:</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Four (4) year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related field</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Preferred Qualifications:</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and/or Certified Managerial Accountant (CMA)</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s in Business Administration (MBA)</li><li>
Two (2) years&rsquo; Financial Analyst experience</li><li>
Experience with ERP Systems (Microsoft Dynamics D365, Power BI)</li><li>
Desire to advance into a leadership role</li></ul></div></div></div><p></p><p><br>
