We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to join our team to support both candle production and order fulfillment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Produce candles following company recipes, standards, and safety procedures.</li><li>Prepare, package, and label orders for shipping.</li><li>Coordinate with couriers/delivery companies to ensure timely dispatch of orders.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.</li><li>Monitor stock of raw materials (wax, wicks, fragrance oils, packaging) and report when supplies are low.</li><li>Assist in maintaining quality control and consistency across products.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior experience in candle making, crafts, or manufacturing is an advantage (training can be provided).</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.</li><li>Organizational skills and reliability in meeting deadlines.</li><li>Comfortable with basic communication and coordination with couriers.</li><li>Must be proactive, responsible, and a good team player.</li><li>Creative input with an eye for design and trends.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Accommodation provided.</li><li>Health insurance coverage.</li><li>Training and guidance in candle-making techniques.</li><li>Opportunity to grow with a small, creative business.</li><li>Supportive and friendly work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
