We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage federal government sales opportunities and bids on SAM.gov, Unison Marketplace, and SEPTA. Responsibilities include identifying solicitations, preparing/submitting competitive proposals, and ensuring compliance with U.S. federal contracting requirements. This role requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills for growth in federal contracting.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Monitor/analyze RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, and tenders on SAM.gov, Unison, SEPTA.</li><li>Prepare/write/submit compliant and competitive bids/proposals.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, technical specifications, and documents.</li><li>Maintain bid calendar, track submissions/deadlines/awards.</li><li>Build relationships with procurement officers, federal agencies.</li><li>Stay updated on Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and ensure compliance.</li><li>Provide reporting on pipeline, submissions, success ratios.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>2+ years in federal contracting, government sales, or bidding.</li><li>Strong understanding of U.S. FAR and compliance.</li><li>Proficiency in SAM.gov, Unison Marketplace, SEPTA.</li><li>Excellent written communication, analytical, organizational skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.</li><li>1+ year sales/bidding experience (preferred).</li><li>Ability to work night shift (U.S. hours).</li><li>Based in Lahore (preferred, in-person).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
