Roles:<ul><li>Develop and optimize SMT assembly processes</li><li>Program and troubleshoot SMT machines (screen printers, pick &amp; place, reflow ovens, AOI).</li><li>Analyze defects (tombstoning, solder bridging, insufficient solder, voids).</li><li>Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Performing visual inspections conducting other quality checks to ensure that finished products meet quality standards.</li><li>Identifying and resolving minor technical problems with the SMT equipment and processes.</li><li>Collaborating with other team members, including engineers and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth production flow.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Knowledge of SMT Process, electronic components, and the SMT process.</li><li>1 to 3 year of experience in SMT.
