We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee and optimize our AR processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the AR team, ensuring timely invoicing &amp; collections, reducing outstanding receivables, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
</li><li>Monitor aging reports and take proactive measures to reduce delinquent accounts.
</li><li>Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure timely payments.
</li><li>Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to resolve disputes and improve cash flow.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, GAAP standards, and regulatory requirements.
</li><li>Prepare Weekly, Monthly AR reports, analysis and risk assessments.
</li><li>Lead and mentor the AR team, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
</li><li>Work with external and internal auditors for financial audits and compliance reviews.
</li><li>Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in AR operations.
</li><li>Manage online portals for invoice submission and status tracking, as well as updates to vendor remittance data.

Education

Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes (invoice processing, payments, reconciliations).

Numerator is currently looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Finance Team. This multi-department facing position will offer opportunities to drive better business partnering and insights, while also growing your communication and interpersonal skills. You will work closely with the Sales, Services and Product teams in the reporting and planning processes and deliver value-added analysis to our stakeholders. What You&rsquo;ll Do:

<li>Assist the Finance team and other functional department heads in key business projects and initiatives, with a focus on our Purchase / Insights business</li>
<li>Play an engaged role in the development of annual business plans and budgets, periodic strategic and long-range planning and other ad hoc analyses and reports</li>
<li>Contribute to the development and maintenance of models, forecasts and key business metrics, utilizing our cloud-based planning tool, Adaptive Insights</li>
<li>Identify and understand the impact of variances to the annual plan and forecasts</li>
<li>Develop understanding of key business drivers, environmental factors and expense levers, and their financial and operational impact to the overall company</li>
<li>Work directly with cross-functional business leaders to gather, analyze, summarize and prepare recommendations regarding operating forecasts and trended future requirements</li>
<li>Prepare and analyze revenue forecasts with a focus on professional services projections and headcount requirements</li>
<li>Interpret large data sets to produce actionable information and recommendations</li>
<li>Support M&amp;A and Corporate Development activity, as require</li>
<li>Leverage strong working knowledge of accounting and finance support systems including planning software, general ledger accounting systems and BI tools to facilitate analysis</li>
