Numerator is looking for a passionate Software Engineer to join our Data sources Team. As part of our Receipt Processing and Attribution team, you will be responsible for our receipt processing pipeline, data attribution system, and internal tools that processes and adds attributes to over a billion receipts captured through our mobile panel app. This is a high growth and impactful role that will give you tons of opportunity to drive decisions for projects from inception through production.

What You&rsquo;ll get to do
<ul>
<li>Help to create the design, architecture, and execution of everything from backend APIs to data processing and databases.
</li><li>Make decisions about code design, architecture, and refactoring to balance technical debt against delivering functionality.
</li><li>Work with our team to take medium to large sized feature projects from conception to completion, working with stakeholders to identify project risks and recommend mitigating solutions.
</li><li>Collaborate with our cross-functional team to build powerful and easy-to-use products.
</li><li>Architectural designs and decisions, to improve the availability of the system
</li><li>Maintaining the system in general, on-call bug-fixing for mission critical issues
 </li></ul>Projects
<ul>
<li>Modify our attribution tools, UI and Django backend to enable optional prioritization of recently discovered items.
</li><li>Update our data lake ETL code to leverage data in override tables to generate cleaner data.
</li><li>Build out a data QA process to approve the output of both our machine learning algorithms, and our hundreds of data associates attributing products.
</li><li>Integrate our systems with our ML teams models and LLMs to improve QC quality and speed

Software Engineer

The salary for this role is $50,000 - $55,000/year + Bonus

This role requires working Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM PT / 11 AM to 7 PM MT / 12 PM to 8 PM CT. Occasional Saturday work may be required, and schedules will be provided in advance whenever possible. As a Platform Research Specialist with Numerator Customer Enablement, you&rsquo;ll play an integral role in delivering the highest quality survey experience for our clients and panelists with Verified Voices In-Platform Research. Numerator Verified Voices In-Platform Research is a Do-It-Yourself online platform used by clients to execute survey research with tremendous speed and savings. In this role, you will ensure projects submitted by clients are executed with our high-quality standards and survey best practices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate interested in a career in research driven by powerful technology and proprietary data.

Your responsibilities will include operational delivery of client-submitted surveys, application of survey standards within questionnaire design, assisting clients in use of the Numerator research platform, and internal Numerator stakeholders in the use, promotion and growth of the platform.
You&rsquo;ll be joining a fast paced organization responsible for delivering over 1,000 client survey projects annually. Team members are developed to make quality control decisions independently, while also working in a highly collaborative environment partnering across many internal and external stakeholders.
What You'll Do

<li>Responsible for client-submitted questionnaire quality-control reviews, applying survey best practices, ensuring survey respondents have a survey experience without confusion, frustration or fatigue, resulting in more reliable data for our clients.
