<b>Position Summary</b></div>
<div>We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Medical Provider to serve as our primary clinical provider. This role encompasses all patient consultations, treatment planning, and administration across our service lines. The Provider will be the consistent clinical presence in our Waldorf location, ensuring we never have to scramble for coverage and that patients always have access to licensed clinical expertise. Must have a desire to work in the aesthetic industry and be motivated to get trained - Candela Certified is a plus<br>

<b>Core Clinical Responsibilities (70% of Role)</b></div>
<ul><li>Conduct all initial and follow-up consultations for GLP-1 weight management, IV therapy, and peptide optimization programs</li>
<li>Perform comprehensive medical assessments, review health histories, order and interpret labs, and develop individualized treatment plans</li>
<li>Administer Botox and dermal fillers with precision and aesthetic judgment (training provided if needed)</li>
<li>Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment protocols, and ensure optimal safety and outcomes</li>
<li>Maintain thorough clinical documentation in IntakeQ in compliance with Maryland regulations</li>
<li>Handle all walk-in clinical questions</li>
<li>Be the clinical answer for the team at all times during office hours</li>
</ul> <div>Until patient volume reaches 15+ active weekly patients, the provider will actively support business development:</div>
<ul><li>Participate in in-clinic monthly events for brand awareness and clinic growth.</li>
<li>Speak knowledgeably about all NPOC services, membership benefits, and clinical differentiators</li>
<li>Participate in content creation (with patient consent) for social media and marketing</li>
</ul><div><b>Continuous Learning &amp; Certifications (10% of Role)</b></div>
<ul><li>Complete Botox/filler certification if not already certified (NPOC sponsors training)</li>
<li>Stay current on GLP-1 medications, peptide protocols, and IV therapy formulations</li>
<li>Obtain additional certifications as NPOC expands services (e.g., PRF, microneedling)</li>
<li>Document and refine clinical protocols based on patient outcomes</li>
Train support staff on clinical procedures as appropriate<br>

<div><b>Licensure &amp; Certification (Non-Negotiable)</b></div>
<ul><li>Active individual NPI number</li>
<li>Active Maryland license (NP, PA) in good standing</li>
<li>BLS/ACLS certification (both required)</li>
<li>Current Maryland CDS (Controlled Dangerous Substances) license</li>
</ul><div><b>Clinical Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of experience</li>
<li>Hands-on IV administration experience (comfortable starting IVs independently)</li>
<li>Experience or strong interest in wellness services: weight management, IV therapy, peptide therapy and Aesthetics.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge on laser hair removal - Candela Certified is a plus</li>
<li>Aesthetic injection experience preferred (Botox/fillers) OR willingness to complete training within 60 days</li>
</ul><div><b>Core Competencies</b></div>
<ul><li>Knowledge of GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide), administration protocols, and side effect management</li>
<li>Understanding of IV therapy formulations, vitamin/mineral protocols, and hydration science</li>
<li>Excellent clinical judgment, patient communication, and documentation skills</li>
<li>Professional demeanor aligned with premium wellness positioning</li>
<li>Comfortable with networking, and representing the clinic publicly</li>
<li>Tech-comfortable: able to use IntakeQ, and basic scheduling tools</li>

<ul><li>Active aesthetic injection certification</li>
<li>Experience in membership-based, or boutique healthcare settings</li>
<li>Familiarity with peptide therapeutics and regenerative medicine applications</li>

We are seeking a Fully Licensed Therapist (LCPC or LCSW-C) to provide 100% remote Telehealth services on a fee-for-service basis.</p><p></p><p><br>
This role is ideal for clinicians who want the freedom to work from home while maintaining meaningful client relationships and delivering high-quality care.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>

<li>Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake evaluations via Telehealth</li>
<li>Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions remotely</li>
<li>Develop and maintain treatment plans</li>
<li>Perform risk assessments and crisis intervention as appropriate</li>
<li>Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation (within 24 hours)</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with Telehealth regulations and payer requirements</li>
