 About the Role

 We are seeking a versatile Recruiter &amp; HR Generalist to support both talent acquisition and day-to-day HR operations within our manufacturing organization. This role focuses on&nbsp;recruiting&nbsp;office, technical, engineering, and operational support roles, while providing broad HR support to employees and managers across departments.&nbsp;This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work directly supports our employees&rsquo; experience and the company's success.&nbsp;
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage&nbsp;full-cycle&nbsp;recruiting for office, technical, engineering, and operational positions.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with hiring managers to define needs, create job postings, and drive hiring processes.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry networks.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation&nbsp;in partnership with our HR PEO.&nbsp;&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain HRIS records, employee files, and job descriptions.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist&nbsp;with&nbsp;benefits&nbsp;administration, employee questions, and HR policy support.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Help coordinate training, performance processes, and engagement activities.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general HR support across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and office teams.&nbsp;
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 &nbsp;
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5+ years of experience in recruiting and/or HR generalist support.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR&nbsp;management, I/O Psychology or in a related field preferred.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience hiring for office or technical roles; manufacturing environment a plus.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.&nbsp;Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) is&nbsp;required.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Classification &amp; Compensation, Benefits Administration, and Recruitment is&nbsp;required.&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of Federal/State employment laws (e.g., EEO, AA, FMLA, ADA)&nbsp;.&nbsp;Familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems and HR compliance fundamentals.&nbsp;
 </li>
