Our brand is trusted, modern, and continually evolving &mdash; and we&rsquo;re looking for a skilled creative who can help bring that story to life visually across every platform.The RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a Senior Designer/Art Director with strong visual instincts, technical skills, and a passion for health and wellness. This is a hands-on role for a seasoned creative who thrives on crafting high-quality design across a wide range of formats &mdash; from digital media to product packaging, from print to web design.You&rsquo;ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life visually, working closely with the marketing team to produce original, compelling assets. You&rsquo;ll be expected to contribute both conceptually and tactically, using tools like Photoshop and AI-based image generators to create standout visuals that support our mission and move the brand forward.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with the creative team to concept, develop and finalize designs across a wide range of media</li><li>Contribute to concept development for campaigns, product launches, and other marketing initiatives</li><li>Design creative assets for print and packaging, using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.</li><li>Design creative assets for email marketing and digital usages using Figma</li><li>Create high-quality images using Photoshop, photography, and AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL&middot;E, Firefly)</li><li>Work collaboratively with the marketing, product, and content teams to bring ideas to life and ensure brand consistency</li><li>Apply feedback from stakeholders and iterate designs with attention to detail and brand standards</li><li>Execute and maintain the brand&rsquo;s visual identity across all digital and print touchpoints</li><li>Stay up to date on design trends, visual culture in the wellness space, and emerging tools in AI-assisted design</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>10+ years experience, with at least 2 years in a director-level role</li><li>Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign work, packaging, and digital design</li><li>Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)</li><li>Experience creating and refining images using AI tools (Midjourney, DALL&middot;E, Firefly, etc.)</li><li>Comfortable working in both digital and traditional print formats</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and composition</li><li>Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle brands a big plus</li><li>Self-starter, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at once</li><li>Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve challenges creatively and effectively.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Opportunity to work with a creative and innovative team.</li><li>Flexible work hours in a fully remote environment.</li><li>Exciting projects in the health and wellness sectors.</li><li>Competitive compensation based on experience.</li></ul>If this opportunity excites you, and you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume and a portfolio of relevant work samples.
