<ul><li>Invoicing &amp; Receipts: Generate, verify, and record customer invoices, debit/credit notes, and accurately allocate customer receipts.</li><li>Ledger Reconciliation: Maintain and reconcile customer ledgers regularly; investigate and resolve billing, pricing, or short-payment disputes.</li><li>Collection &amp; Credit Control: Monitor outstanding balances and credit limits; follow up professionally with customers to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).</li><li>Reporting &amp; Audits: Prepare AR aging reports, assist in cash flow forecasting, and prepare schedules for internal/external audits.</li><li>Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to resolve client account queries.</li><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.</li><li>Experience: 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control, ideally within the FMCG or manufacturing sector.</li><li>ERP &amp; Excel: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Oracle) and advanced Excel (reconciliations, aging analysis).</li><li>Skills: Strong negotiation and communication skills with a high attention to detail.</li></ul>Pay: Rs65,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
