We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Fashion Designer with deep expertise in streetwear and westernwear aesthetics. The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional understanding of fabrics, superior technical design skills, and a proven ability to execute designs from initial concept through to final production. This is a hands-on role requiring mastery of design software and the creation of precise technical packs for factory execution.Duties &amp; Responsibilities1 Research current trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape within streetwear and western wear.2 Generate original, innovative, and brand-appropriate design concepts.3 Develop detailed tech packs/blue prints including flat sketches, construction details, bill of materials (BOM), and precise spec measurements.4 Select and source appropriate fabrics, trims, washes, and finishes that align with the design vision and cost parameters.5 Evaluate and production samples, providing clear feedback to factory/supplier.6 Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is mandatory for sketching and creating tech packs.7 Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Browzwear, CLO 3D) for 3D design and virtual prototyping is a significant advantage.8 Manage the entire design process from initial sketch to final production approval, ensuring timelines are met.9 Work closely with product development and factory partners to ensure design integrity, quality, and accuracy are maintained throughout sampling and production.10 Troubleshoot and solve any design, fit, or production issues that arise.11 Collaborate effectively with other relevant department and team members to ensure a cohesive product strategy.Qualifications &amp; Experience&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.&middot; Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in apparel design, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in streetwear and westernwear.Skills, Knowledge &amp; Competencies&middot; Expert-level knowledge of fabrics: must understand fabric composition, weight, stretch, grain, and how different materials perform and behave in garment construction.&middot; Extensive experience in creating comprehensive and precise tech packs/blueprints for factory use.&middot; Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.&middot; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.&middot; Experience working directly with domestic and international manufacturers.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>This role requires expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating technical sketches and tech packs. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to become a vital part of our Accounts &amp; Finance team. This role is specifically focused on the unique financial operations of our e-commerce business. Incumbent will be responsible for the accurate recording and reconciliation of online sales, managing transactions with various portals and couriers.Duties &amp; Responsibilities&middot; Update and manage Sales Book from online sales portals.&middot; Record and reconcile Returns from online portals and couriers.&middot; Update and maintain Bank &amp; Parties Ledger.&middot; Perform daily cash closing and update local returns in the Sales Book.&middot; Record and update commission entries in the Sales Book.&middot; Prepare and maintain Sales Tax Sheets of all portals on a daily basis.&middot; Reconcile payments received from courier services with parcel amounts daily.&middot; Manage purchase invoices and reconcile with physical stock received.&middot; Prepare and manage bank-related documents and tasks.&middot; Assist in the disbursement of salaries (both bank transfers and cash).Qualifications &amp; Experience&middot; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce (B.Com)&middot; 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.Skills, Knowledge &amp; Competencies&middot; Hands-on experience of bookkeeping principles, double-entry system, and ledger maintenance.&middot; Exceptional accuracy is required for processing high-volume transactions and identifying discrepancies.&middot; Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple reconciliations daily, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>This job is Monday to Saturday, from 11am to 7pm.
