Job Title: Telesales Executive &ndash; Nutrition &amp; Fitness Location: Amravati (Work From Office) Shift Timing: 3:30 PM &ndash; 12:30 AM (Night Shift &ndash; Fixed &amp; Mandatory) Qualification: MBA in Marketing preferred OR Any Graduate / Post Graduate (BTech, BE, BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, ME, MCom, MSc, MA &ndash; all streams accepted) Gender: Open for AllAbout the Role We are looking for confident and talented tele sales professionals who can handle inbound/outbound calls, convert leads into customers, and manage client communication. No field visits required &mdash; this is a complete office-based role.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle warm leads provided by the company</li><li>Make outbound calls to potential customers</li><li>Explain services and the WHW Diet program clearly and confidently</li><li>Understand customer goals and recommend a suitable plan</li><li>Maintain follow-ups with leads until closure</li><li>Convert leads into confirmed sales</li><li>Maintain call history and CRM updates after every call</li><li>Prepare and share daily sales reports with the Team Lead</li><li>Coordinate with the follow-up team after client onboarding</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements<ul><li>MBA in Marketing preferred OR Any Graduate / Post Graduate (BTech, BE, BBA, BCom, BSc, BA, ME, MCom, MSc, MA &ndash; all streams accepted)</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of tele sales / BPO / inside sales experience preferred</li><li>Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)</li><li>Strong convincing and negotiation ability</li><li>Confident, polite and target-oriented personality</li><li>Ability to make 80&ndash;120 calls per day</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM / WhatsApp communication)</li><li>Must be willing to work fixed night shift (3:30 PM &ndash; 12:30 AM)</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Attractive salary plus incentives</li><li>Growth opportunities based on results</li><li>Training provided for product knowledge and sales skills</li></ul>Additional Notes<ul><li>This is an in-office job in Amravati (not remote)</li><li>Night shift timing is fixed and non-negotiable</li><li>Reporting, CRM update and attendance discipline are mandatory</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
