The Maintenance Technician III is a senior-level technician responsible for advanced troubleshooting, system ownership, and reliability improvement of automated equipment. This role serves as a technical expert, leading complex diagnostics, mentoring technicians, and supporting automation systems.</p>
Role Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging)</li><li>
Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet)</li><li>
Serve as technical owner for key systems, including advanced faults, timing, and integration issues</li><li>
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement reliability improvements</li><li>
Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies</li><li>
Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and system documentation</li><li>
Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for advanced support</li><li>
Document maintenance activities and system performance in CMMS</li><li>
Support equipment upgrades, trials, and capital projects</li><li>
Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians I &amp; II</li></ul><p>

Role Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)</li><li>
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in automated environments</li><li>
Strong experience with PLCs, servo systems, and advanced electrical troubleshooting</li><li>
Knowledge of industrial networking and control systems</li><li>
Ability to lead complex troubleshooting and maintenance efforts</li><li>
Experience with CMMS systems</li></ul><p>
 Physical Requirements</p><ul><li>
Stand and walk throughout a shift</li><li>
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods</li><li>
Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds</li><li>
Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements</li></ul>

An Inspections Clerk will meticulously identify and flag garment defects while ensuring production goals are met without compromising quality. A positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills will contribute to maintaining or exceeding quality and productivity standards. Utilizing scanning devices efficiently, making customer-centric decisions, and fulfilling additional warehouse functions as needed are all integral to the role.</div>

Role Qualifications:
