An Inspections Clerk will meticulously identify and flag garment defects while ensuring production goals are met without compromising quality. A positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills will contribute to maintaining or exceeding quality and productivity standards. Utilizing scanning devices efficiently, making customer-centric decisions, and fulfilling additional warehouse functions as needed are all integral to the role.</div>

Maintains or exceeds both quality and productivity benchmarks.</li><li>

Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>
Proficient in utilizing scanning devices for efficiency.</li><li>
Exercises sound judgment in decision-making to enhance customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Undertakes additional warehouse functions as required.</li><li>
Ensures adherence to safety regulations with a solid understanding.</li><li>
Fulfills all duties assigned by Supervisors and/or Managers.</li></ul>
Role Qualifications:

Must be 18 years or older</div></li><li><div>
High school degree or GED required</div></li><li><div>
Professional written and verbal communication</div></li><li><div>
Problem-solving and reporting skills</div></li><li><div>
Strong computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite</div></li><li>
Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required</li><li>
Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards</li></ul></div><div><div>
 Physical Requirements:</div></div></div><div><div><ul><li><div>
Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift</div></li><li><div>
Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods</div></li><li><div>
Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds</div></li><li><div>
Operate warehouse equipment safely as required for the position (i.e. pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements .</div></li></ul></div></div>
