 Enterprise &amp; Investment Risk Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the
 
 Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)
 
 framework across all business lines &mdash; mutual funds, PMS, and AIFs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct
 
 portfolio risk assessments
 
 , including market, credit, liquidity, and concentration risk reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain
 
 risk matrices, KRIs, risk appetite statements
 
 , and
 
 scenario analysis
 
 for investment portfolios.
 </li>
 <li>
 Design and implement
 
 stress-testing and back-testing frameworks
 
 for investment and liquidity risk.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review new product proposals from a risk perspective and provide risk opinions to the Product Approval Committee.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 2. Operational &amp; Regulatory Risk
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify and assess operational risks across functions (investment operations, fund accounting, custody, RTA, IT, outsourcing, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement a robust
 
 Operational Risk Event Reporting (ORER)
 
 and incident-tracking process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure
 
 regulatory risk compliance
 
 with SEBI (MF / PMS / AIF), AMFI, and internal risk policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support
 
 Business Continuity Planning (BCP)
 
 and
 
 Disaster Recovery (DR)
 
 testing.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 3. Governance &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare
 
 monthly and quarterly risk dashboards
 
 and reports for the
 
 Risk Management Committee
 
 ,
 
 Board
 
 , and
 
 CRO
 
 .

 <li>
 Track
 
 limit breaches, risk exceptions
 
 , and ensure timely closure of mitigation actions.
 </li>

 Coordinate with

 teams for cross-functional risk reviews.

 Support Board presentations and contribute to

 4. Data, Analytics &amp; Risk Systems
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Drive adoption of
 
 risk analytics tools and dashboards
 
 (e.g., Power BI, Excel VBA, Python-based analytics preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Integrate
 
 quantitative risk measures
 
 into portfolio and operational monitoring (e.g., VaR, tracking error, stress metrics).
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously improve automation, data accuracy, and timeliness of risk reporting.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 5. Culture &amp; Leadership
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a
 
 risk business partner
 
 to investment, product, and operations heads &mdash; enabling informed decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Promote a
 
 risk-aware culture
 
 through workshops, training, and risk communications.
 </li>
 <li>
 Mentor junior analysts within the risk function.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Qualification:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Postgraduate degree in
 
 Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Commerce
 
 (MBA / PGDM preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications such as
 
 FRM (GARP)
 
 ,
 
 CFA
 
 , or
 
 PRM
 
 highly desirable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a
 
 risk, compliance, or investment oversight
 
 role within an AMC, PMS, AIF, or large financial institution.
 </li>
