This role requires a seasoned construction leader with extensive experience overseeing complex civil projects, managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with exceptional quality.The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for supervising all phases of heavy civil and roadway construction, maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring strict adherence to company standards and project specifications.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an experienced, hands-on construction professional with a proven track record in heavy civil or highway construction. They excel at managing high-performing teams, resolving field challenges, and driving projects to successful completion.They bring a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and effective communication, while embodying our commitment to excellence, teamwork, and integrity.Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Extensive experience in heavy civil or highway construction</li><li>Demonstrated success completing large-scale projects on time and within budget</li><li>Strong knowledge of scheduling software, project documentation, and reporting processes</li><li>Ability to manage multiple crews and subcontractors efficiently</li></ul>Personality FitWe are looking for a proactive, decisive leader who thrives in fast-paced, challenging environments.
