This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry and gain practical experience in medical sales and marketing.The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training, work closely with experienced professionals, and develop the knowledge and skills required to build a successful career in pharmaceutical sales.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Attend training sessions to develop product knowledge and sales skills.</li><li>Visit doctors, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals daily to promote the company's products.</li><li>Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.</li><li>Support the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer visits, product discussions, and sales activities.</li><li>Gather customer feedback and share market and competitor information with the team.</li><li>Assist in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.</li><li>Prepare and submit regular sales reports.</li><li>Follow company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards at all times.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/ Science/ Life Sciences/ Nursing, or any Healthcare-related field.</li><li>Graduates in Business Administration with a strong interest in pharmaceutical sales are also encouraged to apply.</li><li>Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle are mandatory.</li><li>Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).</li><li>Must hold a valid UAE dependent visa.</li><li>Candidates residing in Dubai will be preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Starting salary of AED 3,600 per month + Fuel allowances + Allied allowances.</li><li>Performance-based salary review.</li><li>Practical on-the-job training with experienced professionals.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in the pharmaceutical industry.</li><li>A supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Work Location: In person
