This role is pivotal in aligning business objectives, ensuring solutions are strategically aligned and effectively implemented. What you will do</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements.</li>
<li>Translate business needs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting the development of scalable and maintainable solutions.</li>
<li>Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear understanding of functionality and constraints.</li>
<li>Support platform configuration and enhancement efforts across modules.</li>
<li>Conduct gap analyses and make recommendations to optimize workflows, automation opportunities, and user experiences.</li>
<li>Support solution design sessions, stakeholder demos, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with best practices and federal IT compliance standards.</li>
<li>Assist in managing backlogs, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies in collaboration with Scrum Masters and delivery leads.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
What you will bring</b></h3><br>
<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.</li>
<li><b>5+ years of experience</b> as a Business Analyst, including 3+ years of hands-on experience with implementations in complex enterprise environments.</li>
<li>Proven experience leading requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and backlog refinement</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies; experience participating in and facilitating Agile ceremonies. Specifically User Story writing, Gherkin-based test creation, and other Agile techniques.</li>
<li>Ability to create detailed user stories, process flows, data mappings, and functional specs aligned with platform capabilities.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of scripting (e.g., business rules, client scripts, UI policies) and data models; ability to partner effectively with developers and architects.</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead discussions with cross-functional teams, including clients, developers, and project managers.</li>
<li>Experience supporting pre-sales, solution design, and roadmap planning is a plus.</li>
<li>Familiarity with federal IT environments and compliance/security requirements preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences.</li></ul><br>

As a<b> Help Desk Support Specialist</b>, you will be working closely with the team of developers and engineers working in an Agile environment to support, design, and control data applications and formulate and execute data migration strategy. You must be willing to ask questions and dig deep to identify and solve problems experienced by the team and the customer and have a focus on continuous improvement, making thoughtful suggestions for areas of process enhancement.</div><div></div><div><i><br>

What you will be doing:</b></h3><br>

Will support the operation of a Help Desk (24x7 manning), providing consolidated, comprehensive technical assistance for software maintenance support for a US Government customer.</li>
<li>Provide technical support for COTS products and customized desktop applications, web applications, databases, user account administration issues, and technical/functional support for individual user problems.</li>
<li>Supports response to system user requests for assistance.</li>
<li>Supports on-the-spot diagnostic evaluation. The scope of this support includes resolving the problem/providing support over the phone, or escalating the issue to the appropriate tier for resolution.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Isolated environment with an internet connection in which to work remotely.</li>
<li>Primary work shift will be weekdays Midnights EST but may include weekends periodically.</li></ul><br>
