The Inventory &amp; Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory control, ensure and support with packing of products &amp; goods, and optimize storage and dispatch workflows.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Inventory Management</li><li>Maintain accurate stock levels of all products.</li><li>Monitor product expiry dates and implement FIFO</li><li>Manage reorder levels</li><li>Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.</li><li>Ensure cold chain and temperature control standards are maintained for perishable items.</li><li>Optimize space utilization and ensure proper product segregation and labeling.</li><li>Use ZOHO systems for real-time tracking.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Preferred 3+ years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in Hospitality</li><li>Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software (e.g., Tally Solutions, Zoho Inventory, or similar).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Prior experience in hospitality sector.</li><li>Knowledge of GST invoicing and basic logistics coordination.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive salary commensurate with experience.</li><li>Performance-based incentives.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;12,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
