The MA is an essential member of the health care team who is responsible for patient care of patients aged six months throughout the life span. The MA will work collaboratively with an LPN and/or RN to provide safe, knowledgeable, compassionate, educative, individualized and goal-directed nursing care to patients and their families in the Surgery Center.</p>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assists in admission process by escorting patients from the reception area and providing appropriate preparation, instruction and assuring patient privacy.</li><li>
Assist in FEMTO laser procedures as needed.</li><li>
Assist in sterile processing as needed.</li><li>
Assists in safe transport of patients. Cleans and remakes stretchers utilizing proper infection control procedures and operates stretchers to meet patient needs.</li><li>
Under direction of RN and/or LPN, obtains vital signs, assist patients to ambulate, dress/undress.</li><li>
Provides nourishment for patients under direction of RN and/or LPN.</li><li>
Assists in patients discharge procedure including escorting patient safely from facility to transportation.</li><li>
Assists in unit housekeeping activities.</li><li>
Properly disposes of bio-hazardous waste.</li><li>
Assists in restocking supplies.</li><li>
Assists in other tasks as directed by RN/LPN.</li><li>
Serves as a patient advocate.</li><li>
Identifies own learning needs and goals and seeks direction to meet those needs.</li><li>
Demonstrates ability to maintain proactive response to all situations.</li><li>
Monitors and assesses the physical status of the patient through personal observation and interaction.</li><li>
Provides appropriate and knowledgeable Instructions/training/education to patients and family members.</li><li>
Reports and documents all pertinent observations.</li><li>
Utilizes supplies, equipment, and resources to contain cost without compromising delivery of care.</li><li>
Utilizes universal precautions when providing patient care.</li><li>
Demonstrates genuine concern and empathy to internal and external customers by treating each person with respect and dignity.</li><li>
Maintains knowledge of all equipment and supplies and is familiar with their location, especially emergency drugs, supplies, and equipment.</li><li>
Demonstrates flexibility to needs of the center accepting changes in assignment and schedule based on patient care needs.</li><li>
Maintains accountability for customer satisfaction.</li><li>
Seeks guidance, direction, and assistance when needed.</li><li>
Performs other duties as may be appropriately required or assigned.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Current State licensure as Medical Assistant preferred</li><li>
Minimum of one-year Medical Assistant experience, outpatient surgery experience preferred.</li><li>
Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Ophthalmology experience preferred</li><li>
Sterile processing/instrument prep experience preferred</li><li>

NVISION Eye Centers is seeking a visionary and execution-driven Director of Data Analytics to lead the company&rsquo;s enterprise data strategy and value creation initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this senior executive will be responsible for building and scaling a world-class analytics function&mdash;while also championing the execution of key strategic initiatives across our growing network of 100+ clinics and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs).</div><div></div><div><br>
The ideal candidate combines deep analytical expertise with strong operational instincts&mdash;someone who can translate data into action, partner closely with physicians and field leaders, and drive measurable value across clinical, financial, and operational dimensions.</div><div></div><div><br>

Responsibilities:
<div><b>
Strategic Leadership &amp; Value Creation</b></div><ul><li>
Define and execute NVISION&rsquo;s enterprise data and analytics strategy in alignment with business objectives and value creation priorities.</li><li>
Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, translating data insights into strategic recommendations for the executive team and board of directors.</li><li>
Champion a data-driven culture across clinical operations, marketing, finance, and patient experience functions.</li><li>
Prepare, prioritize, and present an ongoing pipeline of value drivers to senior management that identify key opportunities to increase the equity value of the Company.</li><li>
Package and codify strategy into actionable insights and implement according to defined deadlines.</li><li>
Develop and manage the timeline of priorities with ultimate accountability for each initiative.</li><li>
Drive adoption of enterprise AI solutions, including training, governance, and change management</li><li>
Partner with stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing business processes</li></ul><div><b>
Analytics &amp; Insights</b></div><ul><li>
Oversee the development of dashboards, reporting infrastructure, and advanced analytical models across 100+ centers.</li><li>
Drive insights related to patient outcomes, surgical volume, revenue cycle optimization, and center performance.</li><li>
Lead predictive modeling and forecasting efforts to support growth planning and resource allocation.</li><li>
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across all enterprise data sources.</li><li>
Communicate complex ideas effectively&mdash;both verbally and in writing&mdash;including gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, developing recommendations, and tracking implementation results.</li></ul><div><b>
Technology &amp; Infrastructure</b></div><ul><li>
Partner with IT and operations to evolve the company&rsquo;s data architecture and business intelligence platforms.</li><li>
Evaluate and implement analytics tools, cloud data platforms, and AI/ML capabilities.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare data privacy regulations.</li></ul><div><b>
Cross-Functional Collaboration</b></div><ul><li>
Collaborate with Clinical, Finance, Marketing, and Operations leadership to identify and prioritize analytics and strategic initiatives.</li><li>
Coordinate with Sales, Field Operations, FP&amp;A, and Human Capital to ensure alignment on key projects.</li><li>
Develop trust-based relationships with field leaders and physicians; be seen as a specialist in implementation and delivering results.</li><li>
Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and the board of directors.</li><li>
Act as a trusted partner to center leadership teams, enabling data-informed decision-making at the local level.</li><li>

Qualifications:

Required</b></div><ul><li>
5+ years of progressive analytics and/or strategy leadership experience</li><li>
Proven track record of building and scaling analytics teams in complex, multi-site organizations.</li><li>
Deep expertise in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and cloud data platforms</li><li>
Strong command of SQL</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical and strategic ideas to diverse audiences, including physicians and board-level stakeholders.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.</li></ul><div><b>
