This position is not open to freshers.Job SummaryWe are looking for a Junior IT Assistant with at least 01-02 years of hands-on experience in basic IT support and maintenance. The candidate will assist in day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and overall support.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide basic IT support for desktops, laptops and peripherals</li></ul><ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software</li></ul><ul><li>Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues</li></ul><ul><li>Handle printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with CCTV installation, monitoring, and basic maintenance</li></ul><ul><li>Perform basic wiring and cable management for IT equipment</li></ul><ul><li>Perform routine system maintenance and updates</li></ul><ul><li>Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues in a timely manner</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain records of IT assets and support activities</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Knowledge<ul><li>Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows)</li><li>Basic knowledge of virus, malware, and antivirus software</li><li>Experience with printers and peripheral devices</li><li>Basic understanding of CCTV systems</li><li>Knowledge of LAN cables, wiring, and basic networking</li><li>Familiarity with virus removal and antivirus tools</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Diploma / Certification in IT, Computer Hardware, or related field (preferred)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Commuter assistance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
