 The pay range is $16-$18/hr depending on experience and includes benefits, PTO and 401k.
 
 
 
 What You Bring To The Table
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment (preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong awareness of safety practices and responsible driving habits
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear and effective communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Your Mission
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Receive, organize, and store incoming products in accordance with company procedures
 </li>
 <li>
 Accurately prepare, verify, and stage outgoing orders for shipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Support inventory control efforts by maintaining accurate stock counts and records
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all products with care to ensure safe and efficient movement throughout the warehouse
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained work environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Strictly follow all safety guidelines, protocols, and company policies
 </li>
 <li>
 Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team success
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Before You Leap
 
 
 
 This is a safety-sensitive position and requires the following:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, which includes lifting up to 75 lbs, twisting, kneeling, pulling, and squatting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record (past 5 years).
 </li>
 <li>
 Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required (travel expenses covered).

 </ul>
 Important Note: Although marijuana use may be legal in some states, federal guidelines and company policy require testing for all safety-sensitive positions per DOT standards.
