The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring smooth coordination between production, warehouse, and delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of materials dispatched and received</li><li>Coordinate with production and warehouse teams for timely dispatch of goods</li><li>Prepare and verify delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes</li><li>Ensure proper packaging and labeling of dispatch items</li><li>Monitor transportation and logistics for timely deliveries</li><li>Maintain dispatch logs and submit daily/weekly reports to management</li></ul>Skills &amp; Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or any Graduate degree</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, etc.)</li><li>Good communication and coordination skills</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to handle documentation and logistics efficiently</li><li>Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience in dispatch/logistics (preferred but not mandatory)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)</li></ul>
