<div>Nyack Ridge Rehab and Nursing is seeking a professional and welcoming full-time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you will help create a warm, organized, and efficient front desk experience that reflects our commitment to quality care and hospitality.

Full-Time Receptionist 
Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 7:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM

Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Greet and assist all visitors, residents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.</li>
<li>Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.</li>
<li>Monitor visitor flow and maintain security at the front desk area.</li>
<li>Handle mail, deliveries, and administrative support tasks as assigned.</li>
<li>Always maintain a neat and organized reception area.</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
<li>Minimum of one (1) year of receptionist or front desk experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with basic computer and phone systems.</li>
<li>Dependable and able to maintain professionalism in a busy environment.</li>
<li>Nursing home or healthcare experience preferred but not required.</li>
