 Job Description
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join nybl&rsquo;s marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 2&ndash;4 years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their career. You&rsquo;ll bring proven expertise in one of two areas (Digital Marketing or Content Marketing) and take ownership of initiatives that directly support demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. At nybl, you&rsquo;ll gain visibility across the wider marketing function, and your focus will be to take ownership of either area. This is an opportunity to build on your existing expertise while shaping the way we scale marketing. Our team spans 11 countries and operates in hybrid and remote setups. This particular role is hybrid and based in Dubai, UAE.
 
 
 
 Digital Marketing
 
 
 
 
 Some of what you&rsquo;ll do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own and manage nybl&rsquo;s website, including updates, UX improvements, and optimization
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular SEO/SEM audits and implement improvements to improve conversions
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 Build and maintain performance dashboards to track digital KPIs (traffic, CTR, conversions,
