Key responsibilities<ul><li>Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the hiring process from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires.</li><li>Employee relations: Handle employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, while also fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.</li><li>Policy and compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they comply with labor laws and regulations.</li><li>Performance management: Guide managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.</li><li>Compensation and benefits: Administer payroll and benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.</li><li>Training and development: Coordinate and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.</li><li>Record-keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed employee records, including attendance and other important HR data.</li><li>Offboarding: Manage the termination process and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback from departing employees.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;9,921.36 - &#8377;36,926.54 per monthWork Location: In person
