About the Role: 
We’re seeking a strategic and creative Marketing Director with a strong digital focus to lead and elevate our marketing efforts across all channels. This high-impact role will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our brand.
 
The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a hands-on marketer—someone who understands how to tell a compelling story through design, data, and digital strategy. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, directly managing marketing professionals while collaborating closely with organizational leaders to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
 
What You’ll Do

<li>Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that enhances brand awareness and supports company objectives.</li>
<li>Digital Campaign Management: Collaborate with our SEO and PPC provider to assist in building, launching, and optimizing SEO and paid digital campaigns.</li>
<li>Audience Development: Define and refine market personas, identifying audience needs, behaviors, and motivations to tailor messaging and creative direction.</li>
<li>Content Creative Oversight: Guide brand storytelling and creative execution across digital and print channels; apply your graphic design expertise to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals.</li>
<li>Website SEO Optimization: Oversee website content strategy, UX improvements, and SEO performance to increase visibility and organic traffic.</li>
<li>Analytics Insights: Track and analyze marketing KPIs, campaign ROI, and website performance; report actionable insights to leadership.</li>
<li>Team Leadership: Manage and mentor direct reports; provide clear direction, growth opportunities, and accountability.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Partner with internal departments and external vendors to ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and organizational goals.</li>
</ul>
What You’ll Bring
 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred.</li>
<li>5+ years of digital marketing experience, with proven success leading multi-channel campaigns, is preferred</li>
<li>Strong background in graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).</li>
<li>Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.</li>
<li>Experience building and applying audience personas and customer journey mapping.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, strategic, and creative problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities.</li>
<li>Experience managing or mentoring others is preferred.</li>
