 COMPLIANCES:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Undertake data analysis, revenuereconciliation, ITC reconciliation and liaise with consultants and cross functional team for filing of monthly returns
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist the consultants to rectify the system errors
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in preparation of Annual Returns (GSTR-9) and Revenue Reconciliation (GSTR-9C)
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to stakeholders on queries pertaining to GST rates,HSN, ITC eligibility, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in providing the details &amp; closing the tax queries of statutory auditors
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide functional inputs and assistin testing IT developments to ensure that the same is in line with changes in GST law
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 ADVISORY:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist in providing advise on matterspertaining to GST, Customs, ForeignTrade Policy, and other policy related matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide businessteams on day-to-day issuesand provide timelysolutions from IndirectTax standpoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Review of agreements sharedby business teams and commentfrom GST/customs and indirect tax laws standpoint
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaising with consultants and internal processteams regarding the various IT/GSTN/data challenges
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 LITIGATION:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintaininga track of intimations, notices,show cause noticesand orders receivedfor multiple GST registrations across entities
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaising with the consultants and preparing repliesto intimations, noticesand show causenotices received from the GST Department
 </li>
 <li>
 Preparing IndirectTax Appeals
 </li>
 <li>
 Completing GST Audits and Assessments across states and maintaining repository of documents for audits/assessments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Representing before authorities during personal hearing (including appellate authorities)
 </li>
 <li>
 Briefing Counsel/consultant on litigation matters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with different departments within the organization and consultants for collation of data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with statutory auditorson litigation matters
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Should be a CA qualified/lawyer with 3 to 5 years post qualification experience (Big 4 consulting experience is preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have hands-on experience in handling litigation matters
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have knowledge of indirect tax laws
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have good drafting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Should have ability to work independently with various stakeholders (finance cross functional teams, business team, counsels, consultant

 Performance Marketing Manager/Senior Manager to lead our upper-funnel growth initiatives across platforms like Meta, Google, Snapchat, and emerging app engagement channels for Nykaa.  Role Description :
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and Manage the team for all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media, and display advertising campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 Designing; build and executing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Twitter, and affiliate channels as per plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
 </li>
 <li>
 Optimize install campaigns to improve cost per install, installation rates, post install performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage all the programmatic campaigns &ndash; from ideation to media planning and optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Measure App engagement metrics like MAU, DAU, Converting users on a regular basis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive app acquisition and engagement efficiencies through campaigns using targeting techniques, innovation, and creative excellence.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
 </li>

 Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests

 Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience

 Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints

 Knowledge, Skills &amp; Qualification Requirements :

 7&ndash;10 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, and app-focused platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of audience strategy, media planning, attribution models, and martech tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated success in growing digital acquisition, campaign ROI, and new user retention.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and incrementality testing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in beauty, fashion, D2C, or consumer tech sectors is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategic thinker with a data-first approach to solving problems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experimentative mindset with ability to test, iterate, and scale rapidly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
