This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to make a tangible impact on fleet performance and organizational growth.Duties<ul><li>Oversee maintenance schedules and inspections to ensure all vehicles are safe, compliant with regulations, and in optimal condition.</li><li>Manage vehicle procurement, disposal, and inventory to maintain a cost-effective fleet size aligned with organizational needs.</li><li>Monitor fuel consumption, telematics data, and driver behavior to improve efficiency and reduce costs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation laws and safety regulations.</li><li>Develop and implement policies related to fleet safety, driver conduct, and operational procedures.</li><li>Lead training sessions for drivers on safety protocols, vehicle operation, and company policies.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance history, incident reports, and licensing documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with vendors for vehicle repairs, parts procurement, insurance claims, and other fleet-related services.</li><li>Analyze fleet performance metrics regularly to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and supervise drivers and support staff effectively.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.</li><li>Ability to analyze data trends to inform decision-making processes.</li><li>Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, vendors, and regulatory agencies.</li></ul>Join us as a Fleet Manager to lead and build a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence!
