<li><b>Infrastructure Management:</b> Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server-based computing, network operations, and data systems.</li>
<li><b>Team Leadership:</b> Hire, train, mentor, and coach IT staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.</li>
<li><b>Project Management:</b> Direct large-scale IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and align with security requirements.</li>
<li><b>Vendor and Budget Management:</b> Manage financial resources, vendor contracts, and license renewals, including spending optimization.</li></ul><br>

Skills Knowledge and Expertise</b></h3><br>

Experience:</b> Proven experience in IT management of 5&ndash;10 years minimum, with demonstrated leadership in technical projects.</li>
<li><b>Technical Knowledge:</b> Strong understanding of ERP systems, Sequencing and MES systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft products.</li>
<li><b>Certifications:</b> Common certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL (IT Service Management), or relevant vendor certifications.</li>
<li><b>Leadership:</b> Excellent coaching, communication, and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or commensurate work experience.</li>

<li><b>Strategic Planning:</b> Ability to translate business goals into actionable IT initiatives.</li>
