Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you will be the face of our establishment&rsquo;s social experience, delivering exceptional service while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to promote a positive atmosphere and encourage sales.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.</li><li>Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change distribution.</li><li>Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service in line with legal requirements.</li><li>Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and glassware to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service coordination during events like banquets or catering functions.</li><li>Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and responsible serving practices across all hospitality settings including nightclubs and restaurants.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable.</li><li>Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred.</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.</li><li>Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.</li><li>Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and billing accuracy.</li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions.</li><li>Experience with brewing or beverage preparation techniques is a plus for enhancing guest experiences.
