4&ndash;8+ years&rsquo; experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry with strong exposure to CRO/CDMO operations, process scale-up, API/intermediate sourcing, and global vendor management..</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end procurement of key raw materials, advanced intermediates, key starting materials (KSMs), specialisation in Scale up raw material</li><li>
Proficient in ERP systems and digital procurement workflows.</li><li>
Expertise in evaluating and onboarding CRO/CMO vendors, managing technical, commercial, and compliance aspects, ensuring alignment with regulatory, quality and project timelines.</li><li>
Strong background in process development &amp; scale-up support</li><li>
Excellent Excel and documentation management abilities.</li><li>
Clear, effective communication with scientists and cross-functional teams.</li><li>
Ability to work with urgency and meet tight project timelines.</li><li>
Skilled in preparing RFQs, comparative cost analysis, vendor audits, and managing long-term supply agreements and contract manufacturing arrangements.</li><li>
High attention to detail and compliance mindset.</li><li>
Organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple requests.</li><li>
Quick problem-solving skills for sourcing challenges.</li><li>
