   Experience of 10-15 years in CRO experience with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in LC-MS/HPLC/Prep. method development for NCE molecules at an analytical scale.
  </li>

   Proficiency in various purification techniques.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong understanding of different HPLC column chemistries.
  </li>
  <li>
   Skilled in troubleshooting, instrument maintenance, and calibration.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of motivated young scientists.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide guidance and support across different shifts (including night shift) to ensure the timely delivery of analytical data to the chemistry team.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ready to work closely with motivated scientists, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
