We are looking for an Implementation Manager responsible for handling our company's ongoing implementation projects and ensuring successful adoption of our software. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing complex software implementation projects, possess strong leadership skills, and will serve as the primary client point of contact during onboarding and implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals, solution design, and delivery timelines. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.</p>
<p>
To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in software implementation project management and the ability to coordinate project teams. This role requires a strong understanding of our software product, including configuration, integration, and set-up. The implementation manager will work interdepartmentally to ensure that the technical solution fits our client&rsquo;s needs.</p>

Any formal Project Management training or certification will be considered advantageous.</p>

About This Position</b></h2>
<p>
The Implementation Manager is responsible for the management of multiple client projects, daily client interaction, custom deliverables, timeline and critical task management, coordination across multiple groups, and resources and resolving project-related issues.</p>

Responsibilities</b></h2>
<ul><li>Define project scope, goals, schedule and deliverables that support strategic organizational objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders</li>
<li>Lead and manage software implementation projects from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule constraints</li>
<li>Receive, assess and upload client data to O3 site to enable rapid deployment of O3 software and client use of the data, including model parsing</li>
<li>Train client users on the use and administration of the O3 software</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive project plans (including schedule), outlining project tasks, resources, timelines, and risks</li>
<li>Assist in allocating and managing project resources, including personnel, budgets, and equipment</li>
<li>Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status reporting</li>
<li>Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to facilitate continuous improvement and adaptation to change</li>
<li>Monitor project progress and performance, conducting regular status meetings with project team members and stakeholders</li>
<li>Identify and resolve issues and conflicts across project stakeholders</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables before final submission to the client</li>
<li>Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to apply lessons learned for future projects</li>
<li>Perform technical sales demonstration of O3 software</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Job Requirements</b></h2>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field</li>
<li>Project Management training or formal certification preferred</li>
<li>Additional certifications in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) and other relevant project management methodologies preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in software implementation and project management, preferably in the industrial construction industry</li>
<li>Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level software projects from initiation to completion</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li>
<li>Proficiency in project management software tools</li>
<li>Travel requirements up to 30% for Kickoff Meetings, Planning Meetings, Conferences, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) effectively in both Arabic and English</li>
