As a 3D Artist at O3 Interfaces, you will create high-quality 3D visuals, assets, and conceptual renders that enhance our software products, marketing materials, client presentations, and brand storytelling. You will focus on artistic interpretation, aesthetic excellence, and integrating 3D elements into digital interfaces, promotional content, and immersive experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of art, technology, and design, and who can turn abstract ideas into visually striking single frames or assets.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create stunning single-frame 3D renders and conceptual artwork, often featuring brand elements (such as logos, UI components, or product visuals) in highly artistic and stylized compositions.</li><li>Model, texture, light, and render 3D assets for use in UI/UX prototypes, app visualizations, motion design, marketing campaigns, and client pitches.</li><li>Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, creative directors, and developers to translate 2D concepts, sketches, or brand guidelines into compelling 3D interpretations.</li><li>Develop creative visual treatments that emphasize mood, depth, lighting, composition, and storytelling to make digital products feel premium and innovative.</li><li>Maintain a strong aesthetic sense while ensuring technical quality (clean topology, optimized assets, high-fidelity renders).</li><li>Iterate quickly based on feedback and adapt to varying styles&mdash;from minimalist/tech-modern to surreal/abstract or cinematic.</li><li>Stay updated on 3D trends, rendering techniques, and tools relevant to digital product design and branding.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a 3D Artist (2+ years preferred), with a strong portfolio showcasing artistic 3D renders, conceptual art, product visualizations, or brand-focused work.</li><li>Proficiency in at least one major 3D software suite (Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, or similar).</li><li>Strong skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, shading, and rendering (familiarity with tools like Substance Painter, Octane, Redshift, Cycles, or V-Ray is a plus).</li><li>Excellent eye for composition, color theory, typography integration, and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ability to create both stylized/artistic and clean/professional outputs.</li><li>Experience working in a design studio, agency, or product team environment is highly desirable.</li><li>Understanding of UI/UX principles and how 3D can enhance digital interfaces is a strong advantage.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to articulate creative decisions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
