About the role:</div><div>
o9 Solutions is looking for a hands-on, talented, motivated, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the &ldquo;face&rdquo; of o9 Solutions, responsible for providing visitors with an energetic and positive welcome while ensuring a smooth and professional front-office experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally across the organization and build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.</div><div>
This is a part-time, shift-based position (30 hours per week) based out of our Dallas Headquarters. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with one of the following shifts:</div><ul><li><div>
7:00 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM, or</div></li><li><div>
12:30 PM &ndash; 6:30 PM</div></li></ul><div>
Candidates must be available to work one of these consistent weekday shifts in-office.</div><div></div><div>
What you&rsquo;ll do for us:</div><ul><li><div>
Greet visitors in a professional, energetic, positive, and courteous manner</div></li><li><div>
Ensure desk/room reservation procedures are followed</div></li><li><div>
Assist with ordering, receiving, and distribution of office supplies and pantry items</div></li><li><div>
Assign and maintain employee building and parking access</div></li><li><div>
Receive, sort, send mail as needed via various couriers</div></li><li><div>
Coordinate office catering</div></li><li><div>
Responsible for main line messages during business hours</div></li><li><div>
Provide other related duties as assigned or required</div></li><li><div>
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
What you&rsquo;ll bring:</div><ul><li><div>
Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service/hospitality role</div></li><li><div>
Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred</div></li><li><div>
Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Communication, Problem-Solving, Multi-Task</div></li><li><div>
Characteristics: You thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment, where this is much white space and problem solving is at the heart of what drives your analysis</div></li><li><div>

This position at o9 Solutions has an annual salary range of $20-$28. Additionally, you may be eligible to participate in our medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.<div><i>
