 About the role:
 
 
 
 o9 Solutions is looking for a hands-on, talented, motivated, and reliable Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the &ldquo;face&rdquo; of o9 Solutions, responsible for providing visitors with an energetic and positive welcome while ensuring a smooth and professional front-office experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally across the organization and build strong relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
 
 
 This is a part-time, shift-based position (30 hours per week) based out of our Dallas Headquarters.
 
 
 
 
 
 The schedule is Monday through Friday, with one of the following shifts:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 7:00 AM &ndash; 1:00 PM, or
 </li>
 <li>
 1:00 PM &ndash; 7:00 PM
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Candidates must be available to work one of these consistent weekday shifts in-office.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll do for us:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Greet visitors in a professional, energetic, positive, and courteous manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure desk/room reservation procedures are followed
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with ordering, receiving, and distribution of office supplies and pantry items
 </li>
 <li>
 Assign and maintain employee building and parking access
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive, sort, send mail as needed via various couriers
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate office catering
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for main line messages during business hours
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide other related duties as assigned or required
 </li>
 <li>
 Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll bring:

 Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service/hospitality role
 </li>
 <li>
 Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, Communication, Problem-Solving, Multi-Task
 </li>
 <li>
 Characteristics: You thrive in a fast paced, challenging environment, where this is much white space and problem solving is at the heart of what drives your analysis
 </li>
 <li>

 This position at o9 Solutions has an hourly salary range of $20-$28. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our medical, retirement, and other company-sponsored benefits.
