We're looking for a hungry, creative, fast-moving videographer who understands internet culture, cinematic food content, and how to create videos that actually perform online.<br>
<br>
<b>Role Overview</b><br>
This is not a traditional &quot;camera operator&quot; role.<br>
<br>
You'll help document and shape the visual identity of the brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, commercials, campaigns, events, product launches, and community<br>
activations.<br>
<br>
You should be equally comfortable:</div><ul>
<li>filming fast-paced POV food content,</li>
<li>capturing cinematic lifestyle moments,</li>
<li>editing social-first content quickly,</li>
<li>and bringing creative ideas to the table.</li>

<b>Responsibilities</b><br>
<br>
<b>Content Production</b>
</div><ul><li>Shoot short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts</li>
<li>Capture POV sandwich builds, ASMR food content, lifestyle shots, interviews, events, and campaigns</li>
<li>Film both planned shoots and spontaneous &quot;in-the-moment&quot; content</li>
<li>Help execute weekly content calendars and marketing campaigns</li>
<li>Capture community activations, partnerships, catering events, and store openings</li>
</ul><div><b>Editing</b></div><ul>
<li>Edit engaging social-first videos with strong pacing and hooks</li>
<li>Add captions, transitions, music, sound design, and platform-native formatting</li>
<li>Deliver fast turnaround edits while maintaining quality</li>
<li>Organize footage and maintain clean file systems</li>
</ul><div><b>Creative Direction</b></div><ul>
<li>Contribute ideas for viral concepts, campaigns, and recurring content formats</li>
<li>Stay on top of social trends, editing styles, and platform behavior</li>
<li>Help evolve the visual identity of O'Bagel and Mile Square Cafe</li>
<li>Think beyond &quot;just filming&quot; - help create moments worth sharing</li>
</ul><div><b>Team Collaboration</b></div><ul>
<li>Work closely with the marketing team, designers, editors, and leadership</li>
<li>Participate in weekly content planning meetings</li>
<li>Collaborate with creators, influencers, ambassadors, and outside partners</li>
<li>Take feedback well and iterate quickly</li>
</ul><div><b>Qualifications</b><br>

<b>Must Have</b>
</div><ul><li>Experience shooting and editing short-form social media content</li>
<li>Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and internet culture</li>
<li>Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar editing software</li>
<li>Ability to work quickly in fast-paced environments</li>
<li>Strong storytelling instincts and attention to detail</li>
<li>Reliable transportation for shoots/events</li>

<li>Experience filming food/hospitality content</li>
<li>Photography skills</li>
<li>Motion graphics knowledge</li>
<li>Experience with Sony/Canon cinema cameras</li>
<li>Understanding of lighting and sound design</li>
