Main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Managing of daily expense invoices</li><li>
Issuing and accounting of sales invoices</li><li>
Checking, reconciling and reporting all trial balance items to the Accounting Manager in accordance with the month's closing calendar</li><li>
Issuing and accounting of flight ticket sales invoices</li><li>
Regularly monitoring airline limits and completing the monthly closing accurately and on time</li><li>
Supporting the preparation of monthly statements</li><li>
Reporting to the Accounting Manager in all financial matters and meeting incoming requests</li></ul> 
To be successful in this role, you need to have:<ul><li>
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration</li><li>
Minimum 4 years of experience about Accounting</li><li>
Experienced in reporting and data analysis</li><li>
Having knowledge about LOGO program</li><li>
Experienced in E-invoice applications and processes</li><li>
SMMM Certificate is preferred</li><li>
Able to use MS Office programs effectively</li></ul>
