Main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
As a full-stack developer, you will take end-to-end responsibility for developing and delivering new features of obilet.com's B2B &amp; B2C web applications and business API along with the current system&rsquo;s maintenance</li><li>
Contributing to design and development phases for obilet web application front-end and business API back-end</li><li>
Identifying, investigating, and implementing applicable solutions to business requirements</li><li>
Ensure obilet web application and business API meet current web standards &amp; accessibility requirements</li><li>
Following industry best practices in design and product development, also taking initiative in recommending possible enhancements</li></ul> 
To be successful in this role, you need to have:<ul><li>
5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining products with real-world usage in .NET Core and/or client-side frameworks</li><li>
Experience in developing interactive web interfaces using Javascript, HTML5, CSS3</li><li>
Experience in developing web applications with critical mobile compatibility and cross-browser compatibility requirements</li><li>
Experience in web services - RESTful services with ASP.NET Core Web API is a plus</li><li>
Experience with Entity Framework and/or NHibernate ORMs</li><li>
Good knowledge of T/SQL and MSSQL Server</li><li>
Worked on platforms deployed on Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services</li><li>
Experience with JS frameworks (React, Angular.js, Vue.js, etc)</li><li>
Experience in working on projects that involved build procedures based on Gulp / Grunt</li><li>

Sr. Growth Specialist

Preparing legal opinions and policies, as well as executing the required actions for full compliance with Turkish and international laws where Obilet has / will have operations, including competition law, digital market regulations, and data privacy legislation</li><li>
Drafting and reviewing contracts with suppliers, providers and clients; leading negotiations with lawyers of counterparties</li><li>
Drafting corporate documents (PoAs, general assembly minutes, board resolutions and internal directives) and contributing to corporate governance matters</li><li>
Following up IP-related processes and projects</li><li>
Managing legal documents and records</li><li>
Assisting of the coordination with Obilet's affiliates in foreign markets and their legal counsels / advisors regarding legal matters and processes</li><li>
Translating legal documents from / to English</li><li>
Periodically auditing whether the rights and obligations arising from the existing contracts are fulfilled</li><li>
Monitoring and following up the amendments on the relevant legislation</li><li>
Identify, assessing and mitigating existing / potential legal risks related to Obilet's activities</li><li>
Preparing legal notices and official letters</li><li>
Reviewing and updating documents and statements published in Obilet's B2C channels</li></ul> 
To be successful in this role, you should have:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Law from a reputable law school with strong academic record</li><li>
2 years of relevant professional work experience built at a reputable law firm or a public / private company</li><li>
Working knowledge on competition, compliance, legal due diligence and investment rounds is a plus</li><li>
Strong writing and negotiating skills both in Turkish (will be tested) and English (should be demonstrated through a valid IELTS/TOEFL or equivalent certificate, if available; otherwise, will be tested during the selection process</li><li>
Ability, experience and willingness to occasionally translate complex legal documents from / to English (will be tested)</li><li>
Ability to create business contracts from scratch (will be tested)</li><li>
