Main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Leading business analysis process for new product features, ensuring all backlog items are thoroughly analyzed &amp; developed accordingly</li><li>
Development of metrics/goals and reporting out weekly/monthly progress according to KPIs</li><li>
Collaboration &amp; communication with internal stakeholders for determining &amp; prioritizing product roadmap &amp; strategy</li><li>
Carrying out necessary communication &amp; negotiations with external product stakeholders</li><li>
Contributing to the UI/UX design and software development processes, and leading the UAT process during SDLC as the product owner</li><li>
Coming up with new product-related ideas in order to maximize growth</li></ul> 
To be successful in this role, you need to have:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management or Statistics or quantitative Social Sciences or related field of studies</li><li>
1-3 years of experience in Product Manager, Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst positions</li><li>
Proficiency in the English language</li><li>
Strong communication skills, ability to build fruitful relations with both external and internal stakeholders</li><li>
Analytical, hands-on, detail-oriented personality with a big picture perspective</li><li>
Open to search, learn and use new technologies</li><li>
Google Analytics experience is a plus</li><li>
Jira-Confluence experience is a plus</li><li>
Travel sector related experience is a plus</li><li>
Startup/e-commerce experience is a plus</li><li>
Power BI experience is a plus</li><li>
SQL experience is a plus</li></ul>

Main responsibilities will include:<ul><li>
Conducting micro-level MVP experiments based on prompts using LLMs/Agents</li><li>
Transforming automatable processes within business units into AI generative workflows</li><li>
Researching No-Code / Low-Code tools</li><li>
Developing scripts and bots</li><li>
Orchestrating multiple models (LLM orchestration) to achieve optimal performance across different use cases</li><li>
Fine-tuning or adapting models on domain-specific data to improve accuracy and relevance</li></ul> 
To be successful in this role, you need to have:<ul><li>
3-4 years of experience in developing Artificial Intelligence projects</li><li>
Hands-on experience or a strong interest in prompt engineering techniques</li><li>
Previous work on small AI projects, hackathons, or personal experiments is a big plus</li><li>
Strong English to follow the technical literatures</li><li>
Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-oriented and eager to learn</li><li>
Strong problem solving, critical thinking skills</li><li>
Comfortable working in a dynamic, constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately</li></ul>
