As a Management Accountant, you will own and improve the finance function for a portfolio of services. Your week will be varied and impactful:Weekly Responsibilities:<ul><li>Payroll checks, timesheet reconciliations, and submissions</li><li>Job costing and job closing</li><li>Invoicing and revenue recognition</li><li>Management scorecard reporting</li></ul>Monthly Responsibilities:<ul><li>Full month-end close including WIP review, journals, accruals</li><li>P&amp;L and balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>Management reporting and insights</li><li>Forecasting and supporting leadership decisions</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>ACCA or CA-qualified (mandatory) with ~3 years&rsquo; experience in management accounting</li><li>Strong grasp of WIP, P&amp;L, invoicing, payroll, and reconciliations</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)</li><li>Familiar with Dynamics Business Central (or similar ERP)</li><li>Confident English communicator &ndash; written and spoken</li><li>Comfortable working remotely to Australian hours</li><li>Someone who thinks like a business partner &ndash; not just a number cruncher</li><li>Tech-savvy and AI-curious &ndash; we love candidates who automate and innovate</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
