This position involves supporting drilling operations, maintaining equipment, and assisting with the installation and servicing of water well systems. If you enjoy working outdoors and being part of a hands-on team, this could be a great fit.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with water well drilling operations at various job sites</li><li>Help set up, operate, and maintain drilling equipment</li><li>Load and unload materials, tools, and supplies</li><li>Support installation of pumps, casing, and related components</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and cleanup of equipment and work areas</li><li>Follow all safety procedures and guidelines</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions</li><li>Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members</li><li>Mechanical aptitude or construction experience preferred</li><li>Valid WA driver&rsquo;s license (CDL is a plus, but not required)</li><li>Strong work ethic and dependability</li><li>Ability to lift upwards of 50 pounds regularly</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive pay based on experience</li><li>Opportunities for training and advancement</li></ul>How to Apply: To apply, please call 509-689-1212 or visit our location at 21B Airport Road in Brewster, WA.
