 Our progressive Construction Administration Team is seeking a talented
 
 Construction Administrator
 
 for either our Houston or San Antonio office to manage the construction process. The
 
 Construction Administrator
 
 is responsible for working with our design team, project Owners, and construction contractors to effectively deliver successful projects. We want someone with a desire to exceed expectations and a commitment to ensuring the built environment matches the design intent. We need someone who can give critical insight to project teams on a variety of construction types to help our clients achieve their goals. Bottom line&hellip; we want only the best.

 What You Will Get To Do&hellip;.
 
 
 
 The Construction Administrator will be responsible for working with architectural, engineering and interior design team members and coordinating consultant responsibilities of studies, design, or construction documents of various scale projects.
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Managing project documentation and flow during the construction phase of complex healthcare and education projects &ndash; Submittals, RFI&rsquo;s, Proposal Requests, ASI&rsquo;s, contracts, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating solutions with the team members and consultants
 </li>
 <li>
 Review of submittals for design intent
 </li>
 <li>
 Approve contractor pay applications
 </li>
 <li>
 Project oversite to ensure the contractor is following the intent of the construction contract
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the firm in a professional manner in front of clients, contractors, and consultants
 </li>
 <li>
 Travel to jobsites throughout the central Texas region and beyond
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You Need To Bring To The Table&hellip;
 
 
 
 We&rsquo;re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you&rsquo;ll need&hellip;
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 10+ years of experience in a professional architectural, engineering or construction related position
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree preferred, architectural education a bonus
 </li>
 <li>
 Detail oriented and understanding time sensitive with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Newforma software knowledge is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of construction and AIA documents
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of construction materials, building trades, and the products associated with them
