<div><div>Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for facilitating the human resource processes for all dealerships. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping, file maintenance, data entry, and employee liaison.</div><br>

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS</b></div><br>

<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of HR department operations</li>
<li>Experience in the automotive industry preferred</li>
<li>A minimum of two years of experience in an HR-related function, or three to five years of administrative experience is required</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HR Administration best practices</li>
<li>Working knowledge of state &amp; federal employment laws</li>
<li>Solid writing and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Expert in Microsoft Word</li>
<li>Ability to communicate with all levels of management</li>
<li>Strong planning and organization skills</li>
<li>Ability to meet multiple deadlines</li>
<li>Ability to work independently with general supervision</li>
<li>Ability to build positive relationships and effectively manage conflict</li>
<li>Excellent personal computer skills including Microsoft Office applications</li>
<li>Experience with HR Management Systems such as Paylocity</li>
<li>A Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is preferred OR PHR-SHRM-CP certification</li>
<li>Understanding of EEO and governmental compliance laws</li>
<li>Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team-oriented environment to accomplish common goals</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Ability to work at a fast pace in a dynamic changing environment</li></ul><br>

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</b></div><div><b><br>
</b></div><ul><li>Assists in the execution of specific recruitment strategies (e.g., career fairs, job postings, screening candidates)</li>
<li>Provide recruiting support as it relates to new employee onboarding</li>
<li>Follow-up to ensure completion of onboarding such as completion of the application, health insurance forms, etc.</li>
<li>Support the ongoing administration of district training and development programs, including participant registration, organization of logistics and catering, and preparing materials. Responsibilities also include maintaining library courseware and materials, as well as the training database</li>
<li>Assists the HR team in tracking and reporting metrics related to HR, Compliance, and Training</li>
<li>Acts as a liaison to employees, answering basic questions pertaining to HR policies, or directing employees to the appropriate resource</li>
<li>Assist the HR team in the coordination, communication, and implementation of HR initiatives and programs at the dealerships, including recruitment initiatives and coordination of employee engagement initiatives</li>
<li>Performs other Administrative and HR duties as assigned</li></ul><br>
