 The
 
 Sales &amp; Marketing Analyst
 
 is a foundational role designed to launch high-potential talent into a career in commercial sales. This position is part of a structured development path that blends hands-on experience, cross-functional collaboration, and exposure to strategic customer engagement. You&rsquo;ll work closely with sales leaders, analysts, and commercial teams to build the skills and mindset needed to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

 The Sales &amp; Marketing Analyst Principal Accountabilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Customer Engagement &amp; Support: Assist in managing customer accounts, including order tracking, documentation, and issue resolution. Participate in customer meetings and calls to gain exposure to relationship management and strategic communication.
 </li>

 Sales Operations &amp; Analysis: Support sales forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance tracking. Collaborate with analysts to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Project &amp; Process Ownership: Lead or contribute to special projects across sales, logistics, and customer service. Document and formalize processes to improve team efficiency and customer satisfaction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including marketing, finance, and supply chain to support customer needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Learning &amp; Development: Engage in structured learning modules and mentorship sessions. Deliver periodic presentations to leadership summarizing key learnings and growth milestones.

 Salary Range:
 
 The expected salary range for this position is between
 
 $50,000 - $55,000.
 
 Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
