Summary</b></h2></div><div><p>
The primary responsibilities of the Inventory Control Associate is to assist with the management of the inventory of all materials needed for the production floor.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Duties and Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain stock levels (daily, monthly and yearly counts).</li><li>
A strong focus to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management.</li><li>
Assist with the reporting of nonconforming and damages of materials and any stock issues</li><li>
Item lookup</li><li>
Complete return to stock process(RTS)</li><li>
Assist with destruction of client owned inventory and company materials</li><li>
Proficient use of computers, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel ,Outlook)</li><li>
Adhere to all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements</li><li>
Keep area clean and clear of clutter</li><li>
Other duties as required</li><li>
The ability to identify problems related to inventory, collect data, and draw valid conclusions</li><li>
The ability to perform tasks requires physical effort, including lifting up to 50 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to operate equipment like forklifts, cherry pickers.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
High School graduate, or completion of GED preferred</li><li>
At least one year working in a warehouse or working with inventory</li><li>
Ability to work independently and with other coworkers</li><li>
Ability to drive a forklift or use pallet jacks when offloading trucks</li><li>
Ability to read and understand packing slips</li><li>
Understand procedures on requesting material from inventory</li><li>
Understand procedures on filling out and issuing material to floor</li><li>
Understand procedures on returning material to inventory</li><li>
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</li><li>
Strong mathematical and analytical skills necessary</li><li>
Ability to lift 50 pounds without restriction</li><li>
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English</li><li>
Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, along with effective time-management abilities</li><li>
Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals</li><li>
Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems considered a plus</li><li>

Working Conditions</b></h2></div><div><p>
Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work may be performed in an office, warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. Requires the ability to perform the following activities for the majority of the day: stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb. In addition, requires the ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds. May be exposed to noise and be required to wear hearing protection for the duration of the shift.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
