<div>Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; and greet customers on the sales floor. May also serve as stock puller for installer area in large installer volume stores.

Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in location of merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed
Check in, price, and put up stock.
Keep merchandise on the display floor fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.
Make display changes according to company guidelines, planograms, etc.
Make all out-front price changes.
Make sure all &quot;sale&quot; signs are in place, sales flyer rack is stocked, and maintain sufficient quantities of sale merchandise on display.
Remove all sale material when sale ends and restore original pricing.
Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
Work with manager to complete store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks. Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.
Assist with O&rsquo;Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Working with ISS, pull and stage installer deliveries for delivery specialist.
Communication liaison between ISS, delivery specialists and store manager.
Assist with determining most efficient and safest routes for delivery specialists.
Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance with ISS and delivery specialists.
Housekeeping duties for back room and installer counter areas. 
May serve as HUB Store Order Puller &ndash; Pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets and prepare for delivery to stores serviced by the Hub store. Duties may include, but not limited to:
Receive orders form area stores to be pulled and shipped by delivery out of the Hub store.
Pull parts quickly and accurately as listed on the Stock Transfer ticket.
Sort parts by store location and place in tub to be delivered.
Inspect any boxes that are torn or old to ensure part is in good condition.
Keep a clean, safe work area.
Operate in a safe manner for the benefit of self and others. Maintain a watchful eye for unsafe practices and situations.

Merchandiser/Stocker - Hub

<div>Reports to Associate General Counsel/Director of Transactions and Litigation but works with all lawyers in the Legal Department. This team member will provide strategic intellectual property portfolio management of the Company&rsquo;s trademarks, working with the marketing, merchandising and professional sales teams to develop and implement protection strategy of corporate and brand marks and overseeing and coordinating with outside counsel to execute on that strategy. This team member also will provide legal review, drafting, analysis, editing and negotiation as required of all vendor and merchandising contracts, work in conjunction with the business teams seeking contract engagement with vendors and suppliers, and assess and advise on risk and steps to mitigate exposure while achieving the Company&rsquo;s business objectives. This team member will manage numerous matters simultaneously in a deadline-driven retail environment.

TRANSACTIONAL DUTIES<ul><li>
Draft, review, edit and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including first-party paper agreements such as Supplier Agreements, NDAs, Trademark Licensing Agreements, and Settlement Agreements, as well as third-party paper agreements such as vendor contracts, MSAs, SOWs, SaaS agreements, software licenses, sponsorship agreements, platform agreements, and consulting and professional services agreements;</li><li>
Maintain, draft, update and standardize, as necessary, Company forms, templates, terms, and conditions, include good, better, best fallback positions for use across business functions;</li><li>
Provide clear, practical, business-oriented legal advice to business stakeholders regarding contract structure, legal exposure, risk allocation and mitigation, operational requirements and dispute avoidance and explaining complicated legal concepts;</li><li>
Work closely with business stakeholders including merchandising, supply chain logistics, marketing, IT, finance, HR, store operations, DC operations and other departments to support strategic and day-to-day commercial initiatives;</li><li>
Assist business stakeholders in managing contracts through lifecycle including, negotiation, approvals, escalation, execution, amendments, renewals, notices and termination;</li><li>
Draft and review both internal and customer facing terms, website and app terms, marketplace terms, promotional terms, loyalty program terms and conditions, and related disclosures;</li><li>
Spot and escalate where necessary issues involving privacy, cybersecurity, employment, real estate, tax, regulatory compliance, customs and trade, consumer protection and competition law and coordinate with the various business stakeholders to ensure compliance and risk mitigation;</li><li>
Provide and deliver appropriate contract related training to business stakeholders related to contract processes, template usage, approval requirements, signatory authority, key legal terms, common areas of risk and negotiation standards;</li><li>
Identify, develop and refine contracting workflows, intake processes, approval matrices, clause library, legal playbooks and contract management practices, including CLM implementation.</li></ul>

Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property & Transactions

<div>Perform proper handling of incoming product to insure accurate and available inventory. Perform all tasks according to best practice procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain safety standards while operating and identify unsafe practices and situations.
Unload various types of merchandise from trailers, containers and trucks.
Match skid or box counts to the Proof of Delivery documentation, noting any discrepancies.
Place skids where assigned on or near the dock, remove packing lists, and document Vendor Compliance issues; when necessary, remove parts and place in designated area.
Receive product on assigned batches, stock product from vendors, store returns, warehouse transfer, UPS or other small package shipments.
Properly place product in various types of storage locations from floor level to 72 inches high, if on foot or use the appropriate powered equipment to place product in racking up to building ceiling height.
Research all discrepancies, confirm all corrections have been made, and close the batch which releases the product to inventory.
Follow instructions to acquire product from reserve locations, with and without power equipment then remove and replace product in various types of storage locations.
Team members with experience may be designated as trainers. As a trainer, take ownership of the DC target training program ensuring that all training is conducted according to schedule, and that all documentation is complete. Explain specific job duties/functions to help ensure success of new team members, as well as to convey any departmental or procedural changes to existing team members.

DC Materials Handler - Inbound *Replens 12am Start*

<div>Perform one or more DC outbound functions such as loading, picking, or packing orders for shipment. Perform all tasks according to the proper method for the DC-WMS or paper
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Locate and pull merchandise by matching item codes and numbers on the pick ticket against part number on the merchandise. Place merchandise in tote or stage bulk items in the appropriate area. When the order is completed, mark the tote by customer number and send down the conveyor.
Make sure all totes are labeled for the correct store and do not exceed 60 lbs.
Maintain DC standards for both accuracy and productivity when picking orders.
Consolidate and pack all stock order merchandise quickly and accurately so the order can be checked in efficiently by the customer.
Itemize all products not shipped in totes on the freight bill as soon as they are received. Make sure all freight bills are dated with the correct route and totaled at the day&rsquo;s end including hazardous material.
Operate handheld computers (RF units) and/or voice picking equipment at WMS DCs.
Check items off of the freight bill as they are loaded, making sure the number and types of items loaded match the freight bill total.
Load trucks quickly and accurately. Tie and secure freight as it is loaded onto the truck.
Keep picking zones supplied with totes as needed, and repair totes as needed.
Start printers as necessary and sort tickets and labels by zone.
Operate equipment for any outbound functions.
Keep the work area neat and clean, dispose of cardboard and trash properly.

DC Materials Handler - Outbound

<div>Operate fork trucks in a safe, efficient, and effective manner while unloading trucks and moving freight within the DC.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for moving incoming merchandise from truck to dock, and dock to correct stocking areas.
Responsible for stocking all rack merchandise and arranging rack surplus from zones in the appropriate manner.
Responsible for setting down rack surplus for zones so orders can be filled and replenishments can be made to stocking locations.
Perform any miscellaneous tasks that require a fork truck.
Replenish outbound totes as needed, where applicable.
Assist with maintaining mezzanine zones.
