<div>The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Talent team while serving as a key liaison between field leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners. This entry-level role supports recruitment and onboarding activities, talent acquisition operations, compliance processes, and team logistics to ensure a smooth and consistent hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</h2><ul><li>
Serve as a primary point of contact for Talent Acquisition inquiries, providing professional support to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Assist with high-volume recruiting coordination, including job posting setup, candidate tracking, ATS dispositioning, and interview scheduling and communication.</li><li>
Support candidate pipeline activities through coordination of referrals, sourcing efforts, career fairs, and recruiting events.</li><li>
Communicate Talent Acquisition processes, tools, timelines, and compliance requirements to hiring managers and field leadership.</li><li>
Maintain accurate recruiting and onboarding documentation, ensuring timely completion, submission, and record retention in accordance with HR requirements.</li><li>
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and third-party vendors to support employment verification processes and reporting.</li><li>
Provide general administrative and operational support to the TA team, including data entry, document management, scheduling, invoicing, and vendor coordination.</li><li>
Participate in TA team initiatives focused on process improvement, compliance, and enhancing the candidate and hiring manager experience.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES</h2><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Required:</h2><ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or training in Human Resources, Business, or a related area preferred.</li><li>
0&ndash;2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, customer service, or office support role.</li><li>
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort learning new systems and technology.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Desired:</h2><ul><li>
Previous experience or exposure to Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing (including internship, part‑time, or entry‑level experience).</li><li>

Talent Acquisition Coordinator

<div>Keep the front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stock merchandise according to planograms or displays; complete sales preparation; and greet customers on the sales floor. May also serve as stock puller for installer area in large installer volume stores.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in location of merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed
Check in, price, and put up stock.
Keep merchandise on the display floor fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.
Make display changes according to company guidelines, planograms, etc.
Make all out-front price changes.
Make sure all &quot;sale&quot; signs are in place, sales flyer rack is stocked, and maintain sufficient quantities of sale merchandise on display.
Remove all sale material when sale ends and restore original pricing.
Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
Work with manager to complete store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks. Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.
Assist with O&rsquo;Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Working with ISS, pull and stage installer deliveries for delivery specialist.
Communication liaison between ISS, delivery specialists and store manager.
Assist with determining most efficient and safest routes for delivery specialists.
Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance with ISS and delivery specialists.
Housekeeping duties for back room and installer counter areas. 
May serve as HUB Store Order Puller &ndash; Pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets and prepare for delivery to stores serviced by the Hub store. Duties may include, but not limited to:
Receive orders form area stores to be pulled and shipped by delivery out of the Hub store.
Pull parts quickly and accurately as listed on the Stock Transfer ticket.
Sort parts by store location and place in tub to be delivered.
Inspect any boxes that are torn or old to ensure part is in good condition.
Keep a clean, safe work area.
Operate in a safe manner for the benefit of self and others. Maintain a watchful eye for unsafe practices and situations.

Good aptitude for dealing with number sequences, good organizational skills.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">

<div>The Installer Service Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of professional customers through the store&rsquo;s installer counter. This position will oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
Quickly and accurately takes customer orders over the phone and online, invoice customer orders, direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner.
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
Ensure that all vehicle inspections are completed on time, accurate and daily mileages are entered into the delivery fleet management devices.
Works with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
Ensures customers&rsquo; new core and warranty returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner.
Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and makes sure all returns are tagged/labeled correctly.
Assist on front counter as needed and, on the retail counter as needed.
Help with backroom duties, i.e., auto-load, returns, stock, etc., as needed.
Assist with customer labor claims, making sure they are processed quickly and efficiently.
All other duties as assigned.

Strong background in mechanics.
