ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Greet customers on the sales floor and assist them in location of merchandise or direct them to a parts specialist if hard parts are needed
Check in, price, and put up stock.
Keep merchandise on the display floor fronted, full, and clean on a daily basis.
Make display changes according to company guidelines, planograms, etc.
Make all out-front price changes.
Make sure all &quot;sale&quot; signs are in place, sales flyer rack is stocked, and maintain sufficient quantities of sale merchandise on display.
Remove all sale material when sale ends and restore original pricing.
Assist with stock adjustments, cycle counts, and overstock returns.
Work with manager to complete store To Do List and Team Weekly tasks. Act as main shoplifting deterrent/front floor security.
Assist with O&rsquo;Reilly Image Maker responsibilities.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Working with ISS, pull and stage installer deliveries for delivery specialist.
Communication liaison between ISS, delivery specialists and store manager.
Assist with determining most efficient and safest routes for delivery specialists.
Coordinate and ensure completion of quarterly vehicle inspections and maintenance with ISS and delivery specialists.
Housekeeping duties for back room and installer counter areas. 
May serve as HUB Store Order Puller &ndash; Pulling parts quickly and accurately from pick tickets and prepare for delivery to stores serviced by the Hub store. Duties may include, but not limited to:
Receive orders form area stores to be pulled and shipped by delivery out of the Hub store.
Pull parts quickly and accurately as listed on the Stock Transfer ticket.
Sort parts by store location and place in tub to be delivered.
Inspect any boxes that are torn or old to ensure part is in good condition.
Keep a clean, safe work area.
Operate in a safe manner for the benefit of self and others. Maintain a watchful eye for unsafe practices and situations.

Merchandiser/Stocker - Hub

<div>The Installer Service Specialist is an experienced and technical parts specialist who services the needs of professional customers through the store&rsquo;s installer counter. This position will oversee and direct the daily activity of the delivery specialist to ensure customers receive accurate and timely order deliveries.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Work with installers/professional customers to develop sales relationships.
Quickly and accurately takes customer orders over the phone and online, invoice customer orders, direct efforts to accurately pick and stage parts for delivery, and route delivery specialists to ensure customers receive their orders in a consistent and timely manner.
Ensure delivery vehicles are serviced and maintained according to company standards.
Ensure that all vehicle inspections are completed on time, accurate and daily mileages are entered into the delivery fleet management devices.
Works with Sales Specialists/Territory Sales Managers to provide superior service to professional customers.
Verify all product/merchandise, including warranty parts and cores, are billed before customers leave the store.
Ensures customers&rsquo; new core and warranty returns are picked up and credited in a timely manner.
Audit customer returns for warranty abuse and makes sure all returns are tagged/labeled correctly.
Assist on front counter as needed and, on the retail counter as needed.
Help with backroom duties, i.e., auto-load, returns, stock, etc., as needed.
Assist with customer labor claims, making sure they are processed quickly and efficiently.

Installer Service Specialist

<div>The Delivery Specialist will maintain and operate store vehicles to deliver parts and/or products to professional customers in a safe and efficient manner. This position will also collect money on C.O.D. deliveries and pick up customer returns.

 Responsible for the recruitment of distribution center positions which includes attending local job fairs, establishing a relationship with local schools and temporary agencies to recruit for openings, and drafting and placing employment advertisements.
 
 
 Accept Referral Bonus Forms and forward to Corporate Human Resources.
 
 
 Maintain current job requisitions and prepare and post internal and corporate job opening announcements.
 
 
 Coordinate the application process and conduct preliminary interviews, pre-employment testing, check references, and arrange pre-employment drug screens.
 
 
 Support the Warehouse Manager and supervisors in team member relations efforts; work to ensure high team member morale, and coordinate the progressive discipline process and application of other human resources policies with local management and corporate.
 
 
 Conduct new team member orientation, ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork, and benefit enrollment information.
 
 
 Place orders for uniforms, review billing from uniform company, and prepare for payment.
 
 
 Process team member status changes for the Warehouse Manager approval and submit to corporate human resources.
 
 
 Coordinate driver drug testing, physicals, ensure DOT compliance, and maintain DOT driver files.
 
 
 Answer questions from team members concerning benefits, insurance, and any personnel questions that may arise.
 
 
 Maintain the performance evaluation schedule and coordinate the distribution of performance evaluations to Distribution Center Supervisors, making certain that performance evaluations are completed in a timely manner.
 
 
 Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
 
 
 Responsible for prompt reporting of all accidents to either risk management or claim administrator as directed by risk management. Work with risk management driving eligibility administrator to ensure driving eligibility requirements are satisfied, including pre-employment MVRs and drug testing.

 Coordinate post-accident claim management with injured team member&rsquo;s supervisor, DC safety supervisor (if applicable), and risk management. Responsibilities may include:
 
 
 Assist injured team members with instruction on initial medical care, as well as follow-up with medical provider regarding work releases and restrictions.
 
 
 Work with DC Safety Supervisor (if applicable) and team member&rsquo;s supervisor to ensure understanding and compliance with restrictions.

 Serve as a liaison to DC operations. Ensure DC compliance and familiarity with company policies, procedures, and other information. Responsible for assuring distribution and information flows properly from corporate to the DC supervisors and team members.
 
 
 Responsible for coordinating and monitoring funds and activities for local team activity committee.
 
 
 Responsible for training all lotus notes users and new AS400 users and coordinating various training programs for DC team members and supervisors.
 
 
 Maintain all office equipment and supplies. Handle special orders for office furniture, equipment, etc.
 
 
 Responsible for sending payroll at the end of each pay period for DC team members.
 
 
 Attend supervisors' meetings updating supervisors on HR and administration information and produce minutes for distribution.
 
 
 Coordinate information from all DC departments and work with internal communications to produce weekly flyers.
 
 
 Assist with travel arrangements for DC team members when necessary and coordinate company vehicles as needed.
