<div>The Store Manager is responsible for the sales, profitability, appearance, and overall operations of the store. The position objectives are to show consistent sales growth, ensure store exemplifies the proper O&rsquo;Reilly image, operates as a profit center, and follows policies and procedures to ensure the store is operating as economically and efficiently as possible.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for maximizing sales by directing team members in a manner that provides customers with prompt, courteous, and professional service.
Solicit orders, sell company products, and represent the company in accordance with company policies.
Maintain customer base, increase sales volume at assigned accounts, review customer needs to gain market share, solicit stocking-type business as well as daily needs and equipment sales.
Communicate with and coordinate sales call efforts with the Territory Sales Manager.
Responsible for supervising work performed by all store team members and working jointly with the District Manager in recruiting, testing, hiring, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and discharging team members under their supervision.
Utilize Scheduling &amp; Timekeeping recommendations based on sales and payroll forecasting to develop and post work schedules for each pay period.
Review team member timecards for clocking accuracy and correct all missed punches daily.
Responsible for ensuring all store team members continually improve their skills through company training on policies and procedures, customer service, computer operations, catalogs, sales and safety.
Responsible for working with the Sales and Pricing Departments (with assistance of district manager) in establishing pricing levels for professional customers.
Responsible for maximizing gross profit on outside purchases.
Monitor non-competitive price overrides and price matches to ensure policy compliance, overall profitability, and eliminate discounting abuse.
Ensure the store is organized and operating according to all company policies and procedures.
Ensure any new information received from the company is communicated to all team members as necessary.
Implement all planogram changes and merchandising plans as outlined.
Provide the Inventory Control Department with accurate and timely stock adjustment recaps.
Accurately handle all daily store accounting functions to ensure maximum store, corporate and distribution center efficiency. This includes sales reports, bank deposits, cash drawers, processing checks, etc.
Monitor all charge accounts, promptly taking care of any past due situations and communicating regularly with the Territory Sales Manager and credit department on status of problem accounts.
Monitor all susceptible areas and implement loss prevention procedures accordingly. Areas may include billing, cash refund, credit and stock transfer procedures, core and warranty procedures, key control/safe combination/alarm codes, and shoplifting prevention.
Ensure store vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and daily/monthly inspections are being completed properly.
Report property/building needs using the Maintenance and Repair System (MARS) or to District Manager.
Attend the Annual Managers' Conference.
All other duties as assigned.

Store Manager

<div>This role is responsible for ensuring that retail store locations are safe and secure for team members and customers, and maintained in accordance with lease agreements and governmental regulations through the use of internal and commercial resources. Primary duties include addressing break/fix repairs, emergencies, and city violations that arise within the retail stores and overseeing all aspects of assigned projects including capital expense improvements. The Coordinator will be accountable for overall planning, time management, and accountability of all repairs and projects for the regions assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Oversee all maintenance, repairs, and restoration of facilities throughout all stores dictated by a queue system and/or supervisor. Field repair requests via email, phone calls, etc. from a queue.
Initiate, oversee, and execute large facility maintenance repairs in a cost effective and timely manner.
Provide cost analysis per project, define scope of work and repairs, and provide all internal and external communication. Facilitate facets of planning and coordinating repairs and capital expense projects.
Process service requests to determine responsibility of repair by review of leases, exhibits and warranty timelines within Lucernex/MARS in order to delegate to the appropriate party.
Review each repair request, identify needs, establish scope, and procure contractors/trades as needed.
Place service request in process
Generate a work orders to vendors; outlining scope of work, completion date, and setting pricing.
Conduct additional investigation or in-depth evaluation through quotes. Quotes will be evaluated and processed utilizing the bid form (sales information, lease terms, strategy information and general explanation of work).
Responsible for Project Closeout and invoice verification, sign off, and approval.
Review special coding or notes applied (i.e. insurance claims, fire, CapEx) to &ldquo;work complete&rdquo; within MARS and follow up via dashboard and query reporting.
Maintain a working knowledge of facility ownership, lease duration, tenant/owner responsibility, and city codes/restrictions.
Interface with other departments, jurisdictions, contractors, and field operations to ensure that expenditures are appropriately managed.
Negotiate costs, obtain quotes, secure contractor documents, and prepare invoices.
Follow up, review, and monitor contractor performance.
Process all MARS requests, from service request, work order, purchase order, and invoice approval/processing.
Provide an in-depth cost analysis based on region, sales and profitability, lease strategy and field input for repairs.
Communicate and Coordinate with internal and external departments; Store Ops, Government Municipalities, Engineers, Loss Prevention, Risk Management, Finance, A/P, Store Design and over 8000 contractors.
Work with and educate store team members to eliminate unnecessary maintenance expenses (preventative maintenance, controllable expenses).
Monitor the workmanship and materials used in repairs for long term results.
Communicate with vendors and contractors for bids, pricing, and ordering of supplies.
Continually search and propose more economical and efficient ways of handling repairs.
Assist other areas of the Real Estate Department with special requests.
Travel as needed for onsite store visits.
Maintain a working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building practices.

Sr. Facilities Coordinator

<div>Produce high quality building drawings and directives for consultants to complete Construction Documents. Effectively negotiate building designs with landlords, communicate designs and progress with management teams, research and understand building codes in each location for which a building is being constructed. Manage projects from initial design through construction and opening. Use Photoshop and AutoCAD to create supplemental drawings. Real Estate Project Designer - Architectural

<div>The Product Planning Coordinator is responsible for inventory planning related to planogram category updates, promotional and seasonal events based on the Category Review calendar. This includes providing information to Merchandise, Purchasing and Store Design departments for categories and promotions; this includes but not limited to store and DC inventories. Maintain documentation of all processes and assist OFM Project Manager and Senior Project Planning Coordinator as needed. Equally important to the planning process is communicating implementation requirements to Directors of Store Replenishment and Purchasing departments and their teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Evaluate turnover performance and regional demand variations within the Access data base by line and store/DC to determine stocking levels for seasonal and promotional buys.
Coordinate buy information with other departments and/or individuals to ensure that all details concerning inventory increases and decreases are addressed.
Participate in meetings to review and discuss the promotional, seasonal and OFM projects.
Represent Inventory Control responsibilities at promotion and planogram review meetings.
Add new and existing items to stores as necessary for promotions and seasonal changes by coordinating with Merchandise, Purchasing, Store Design and Marketing departments.

$15.00 - $20.00
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
