If you are an educator looking to engage young learners, and to become part of a growth-oriented learning community, we are currently seeking elementary educators at various grade levels in our Early Childhood Learning Center (Preschool- Kindergarten) and Lower School (Grades 1st through 5th). A bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Elementary Education or related educational field is required, with a master's degree preferred. Educators with the ability and desire to inspire and engage students with enthusiasm and creativity, and who embrace the concept of whole-child education in a mission-driven, nurturing environment, are highly encouraged to apply.

A minimum of two years of experience teaching in similar position</li><li>
The ability to facilitate learning and provide students with the knowledge and tools to solve problems</li><li>
Be comfortable and adept with the effective use of technology in the learning process
</li><li>Possess knowledge and understanding of various learning styles and differentiated instruction</li><li>
Ability to inspire, engage, empower, and educate and evaluate students with vigor, enthusiasm and creativity</li><li>
A history of commitment to professional development and life-long learning</li><li>
The ability to work positively, professionally and in partnership with students, parents and faculty</li><li>
A high degree of professionalism, collegiality, and personal conduct both in and outside of school</li><li>
Ability, willingness, and judgment to communicate thoroughly, accurately, and concisely with all constituents in a school environment, both verbally and in writing</li><li>
Enthusiasm and commitment to the vision and mission of the School</li></ul>
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:<ul><li>
Works in an environment dealing with a wide variety of challenges, deadlines and a varied and diverse array of contacts</li><li>
Regularly uses close and distance vision</li><li>
May stand for extended periods of time</li><li>
Regularly works at a desk and computer
</li><li>Ability to visually and audibly locate students under their supervision</li><li>
Ability to actively circulate throughout the diverse campus environment</li><li>
Works primarily in a traditional climate controlled classroom environment</li><li>
Work intermittently in outside weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.</li><li>
Ability to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 40 lbs.</li></ul>
